La mission consiste à intervenir en tant que Data & IA/DevOps Engineer au sein d'une équipe dédiée au développement et à l'industrialisation de solutions Data et Intelligence Artificielle. Le consultant participe à la conception, la mise en œuvre et l'exploitation d'infrastructures automatisées, tout en contribuant à l'amélioration continue des processus de déploiement et d'exploitation. Il prend en charge l'automatisation des infrastructures et des déploiements à travers des approches Infrastructure as Code, participe à la définition des architectures techniques, met en œuvre et maintient les environnements de développement, de test et de production, et contribue à la standardisation des plateformes techniques. Le consultant intervient sur la conception et l'amélioration des chaînes CI/CD, l'administration d'environnements conteneurisés, l'orchestration de services, ainsi que l'automatisation des processus de build, de test et de déploiement. Il contribue également au développement de scripts et d'outils techniques permettant d'industrialiser les traitements et services liés à la donnée et à l'intelligence artificielle. Il participe à la mise en œuvre des solutions de supervision, de monitoring, de logging et d'alerting, assure l'analyse et la résolution des incidents techniques et contribue à l'amélioration de la disponibilité, de la performance et de la résilience des plateformes. Le consultant accompagne également la gestion des configurations, l'intégration de services et d'API, l'automatisation des flux techniques et le déploiement de pipelines de données. Il veille au respect des bonnes pratiques de sécurité, à la gestion des accès et des secrets, ainsi qu'à la conformité des infrastructures et environnements exploités. Enfin, il assure la production et la mise à jour de la documentation technique, participe aux cérémonies Agile et collabore étroitement avec les équipes de développement, d'ingénierie Data, de Data Science et les équipes produit afin de garantir la qualité, la maintenabilité et l'industrialisation des solutions mises en œuvre.

L'objectif est de mettre en place une plateforme cloud-native, data-centric et scalable, au service des équipes data de plusieurs géographies, notamment la France, la Belgique et l'Australie. Le Core Model du programme repose sur un modèle de données unifié couvrant notamment les données clients, contrats et facturation. Le Lead Data Engineer intervient comme référent technique de la data platform, avec une responsabilité complète sur l'architecture, le delivery et la qualité des données.
