Ingénieur IA : Mistral & AWS Le rôle consiste à concevoir, développer et déployer des solutions d'IA générative et agentique, avec une forte expertise autour de la plateforme Mistral et de son industrialisation à grande échelle. L'AI Engineer intervient sur l'intégration, la configuration et l'optimisation des LLM, ainsi que sur la mise en place de solutions d'agents autonomes et multi-agents, de pipelines techniques et de mécanismes d'évaluation, de monitoring et de détection des hallucinations et biais. Il contribue également au déploiement sécurisé des solutions, à leur versioning et à leur industrialisation avec Python, Docker, Kubernetes et CI/CD, en collaboration avec les équipes IT, Data, DevOps et Sécurité. Une attention particulière est portée aux contraintes RGPD, AI Act, sécurité, explicabilité et auditabilité. Nous recherchons un Tech Lead H/F pour un mission au Mans. En tant que Tech Lead, vous serez amené(e) à : Définir et faire évoluer l'architecture technique des applications et plateformes. Participer à la conception et au développement de solutions intégrant des composants d'IA / Machine Learning / GenAI. Accompagner les équipes de développement dans la mise en œuvre des solutions et assurer un rôle de référent technique. Réaliser les choix technologiques et garantir leur cohérence avec les besoins fonctionnels et les contraintes du projet. Concevoir et développer des services et API en Python. Concevoir, déployer et optimiser des architectures AWS. Mettre en place les bonnes pratiques de développement, de tests, de qualité de code et de CI/CD. Garantir la scalabilité, la sécurité, la performance et la maintenabilité des solutions. Participer aux phases de conception, de revue de code et de résolution des problématiques techniques complexes. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Data, IA, DevOps, Produit et Architecture. Assurer une veille technologique sur les évolutions de l'IA, du Cloud et des pratiques de développement.

SQL Server Database Engineer with SSIS Our Client is bank based in Central London – who are looking to recruit Database Engineer with at least 5 to 7 years sold expertise of working SQL Server SSIS and SSRS. Responsible for the development and delivery of pipelines (collect, validate and prepare high quality data) to automate and streamline processes required by different departments. Support existing SSIS ETLs (overnight and intraday), proactively fine-tune and enhance existing codes to increase robustness and error monitoring. Support the internal IT department with changes and upgrades to software platforms. Convert legacy Hyperion reports to SSRS. Software Development: Analysis of issues pertaining to problems or errors raised by in-house systems, i.e. CORE, SharePoint interface, Equation end of day cycle. Understanding business requirements in order to develop and deliver appropriate solutions based on system definition documents. Proficiency in advanced 4GL programming languages and able to apply to the fully development life-cycle. Database Support To build data pipelines within the SQL environment in SSIS packages, where required, introduce new field and data types for new information to be collated in the CORE environment. To build tabular models (SSAS) for different business units. To build reports based on business requirements using SQL SSRS. To integrate with all the Bank's sub-systems using data abstraction and connectivity layers, i.e. ODBC, ADO.net. Ensure that the environment is running optimally and with high standard house-keeping procedures. Sharepoint Integration: To integrate the SharePoint environment and Forms with Equation system to introduce automation of processes thereby eliminating the need for duplicate entry. To utilise web services to integrate from cutting edge technology into legacy systems such as Equation. End of Day Cycle: To provide second and third level support for in-house programmes during the end of day cycle. To be able to analyse and rectify any problems raised in an independent and team scenario. To take ownership of a problem and deliver a solution in a timely manner. Provide out of office hours support. Risk & Regulatory Duties Maintain knowledge of all applicable regulatory requirements including the Bank's Risk and Compliance policies and procedures and adhere to these to avoid exposing the Bank to undue risk. MS SQL stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) to high level of proficiency - Essential C# Programming / JavaScript programming - Desirable Knowledge and Skills Software analysis and design good practice Dimensional modelling, Entity Relationship modelling, Normalised modelling.
