Structurer, valoriser et faire évoluer leurs bases de connaissances et leurs supports de communication, au cœur de leurs dispositifs de selfcare (et notamment de notre chatbot). Nous recherchons un profil 100% autonome. Vos Missions & Expertises1. Expert Knowledge Management (Casquette Prioritaire)Structuration de l'information : Concevoir et structurer des bases de connaissances optimisées pour le selfcare utilisateur (FAQ, Aide en ligne, SharePoint). Optimisation IA & Recherche : Rédiger et calibrer les articles pour qu'ils soient parfaitement exploitables par les moteurs de recherche et le chatbot. Vulgarisation d'élite : Rédiger des contenus ultra-concis et percutants (objectif : "compris en 3 phrases du premier coup"). Gouvernance : Garantir la clarté, la qualité et la mise en place des standards du KM. Animer la dynamique (squad, communauté) et piloter les KPI (usage, satisfaction). Amélioration du Chatbot : Analyser les interactions (KPIs, irritants, taux de réponse) et enrichir les contenus pour booster le taux de résolution et l'expérience conversationnelle. 2. Communication Utilisateur & Accompagnement (Casquette Standard)Création de contenus : Concevoir et réaliser des newsletters, des supports visuels attractifs et de courts montages vidéo (tutos). Animation & Adoption : Animer des webinaires éducatifs et accompagner le changement face à l'évolution de l'environnement de travail numérique. Feedback & Amélioration : Concevoir, diffuser et analyser les enquêtes de satisfaction pour piloter les corrections du dispositif global de selfcare.

CONTEXTE Au sein de la Direction Informatique d'un grand groupe de protection et d'assurance mutualiste, l'équipe Communication & Expérience Utilisateurs pilote l'accessibilité et l'autonomie des collaborateurs vis-à-vis du système d'information. Dans ce cadre, la mission porte sur la structuration et l'animation des dispositifs de Knowledge Management (bases de connaissance, SharePoint, FAQ) ainsi que sur l'optimisation continue du chatbot IA interne (EurekIA). L'enjeu principal est d'améliorer le taux de résolution en selfcare, la satisfaction utilisateur et l'expérience conversationnelle, en s'appuyant sur des contenus de qualité et une gouvernance de la connaissance formalisée.
