As part of a major digital transformation initiative, we are seeking a Microsoft Purview Expert with strong Records Management experience to join our client’s team. This role supports the implementation of a new collaboration platform built on Microsoft 365, aiming to enhance document management, improve teamwork, and increase overall efficiency using tools such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft Purview, Teams, and Intune.
ResponsabilitiesTranslate records management requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications within Microsoft 365.
Design and implement records management solutions using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Purview, including retention labels and disposition actions.
Develop and maintain automated workflows (using Power Automate or other tools) to support retention and disposition processes.
Provide strategic advice on records management best practices within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Prepare and document comprehensive implementation plans, covering both functional and technical aspects.
Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to internal teams to ensure long-term ownership of implemented solutions.
Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 developments in records and retention management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance, efficiency, and quality of deployed solutions.
Profil recherché
University degree in records or information management, computer science, or a related field.
Proven experience implementing digital records management solutions in Microsoft 365, including retention labels and disposition actions.
Strong technical proficiency in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Purview Data Lifecycle Management, and Power Automate.
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing workflow automation for retention and disposition processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and transfer knowledge effectively to internal teams.
Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365 records and retention management capabilities.
