Job summary The central responsibility of this role is to deliver effective and reliable testing across DVSA digital services, supporting the delivery of high-quality, user-focused outcomes within Agile teams. Working within a delivery-focused Agile environment, and in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to the design and implementation of testing processes for a range of DVSA digital services. You will be responsible for delivering structured, cost-effective test activities to support the successful delivery of major initiatives. You will apply established testing methodologies, primarily testing techniques, to ensure services meet defined business needs and operate in accordance with government and industry quality standards. You will work closely with development teams to identify and capture test cases, support test environment readiness, and design and execute test plans across DVSA digital projects and products. Find out more about what it's like working at Job description Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to: Contribute to test planning, estimation and traceability activities within Agile sprint teams, using appropriate tools to ensure effective and efficient test execution. Collaborate with developers, product owners and wider scrum teams to develop a strong understanding of requirements, risks and testing objectives.
