3rd Line System Administrator - Juniper or Cisco Must have an Active DV Clearance You will be responsible for incident resolution, system monitoring, infrastructure support, and technical troubleshooting across a broad range of enterprise technologies. The position is ideal for an experienced 2nd or 3rd Line Systems Administrator looking to develop their skills further. Candidates willing to work in Corsham are particularly encouraged to apply, and flexibility on technical experience will be considered. Legacy infrastructure training will be provided where required. 3rd Line System Administrator Responsibilities Provide 2nd and 3rd Line support for secure infrastructure and user services. Monitor systems and respond to incidents through the service management toolset. Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and network faults. Support Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Exchange, and core infrastructure technologies. Perform user administration, system maintenance, and operational support activities. Analyse Windows log files and diagnose technical issues. Support network technologies including routing, switching, firewalls, MPLS, and BGP.
