Dans votre rôle d'ingénieur infrastructure, vous serez en charge de : assurer le support technique niveau 3 des socles gérés, notamment en analysant et résolvant des incidents ou problèmes, et en mettant en œuvre des changements ; définir/rédiger les procédures pour les composants d'infrastructure pour l'équipe d'exploitation ; gérer la relation avec des fournisseurs des services techniques (support, maintenance, licences, etc.) ; maintenir en conditions opérationnelles les socles d'infrastructure ainsi que leurs évolutions ; garantir l'application de la stratégie de sécurité du SI, accompagner les équipes projets dans la conception et l'intégration des briques techniques d'infrastructures ; gérer ou participer à la mise en œuvre des évolutions et des projets d'infrastructure ; assurer une veille technologique continue sur les briques techniques et être force de proposition et d'innovation. Contexte : Au sein d'une Squad agile et en collaboration avec des équipes transverses, vous assurez le maintien en conditions opérationnelles, l'évolution des infrastructures et réseaux de la plateforme, en garantissant leur performance, leur sécurité et leur fiabilité. Vos activités principales sont : Gérer et optimiser les composants réseaux (LAN, flux, interconnexions, sécurité réseau). Prendre en charge les incidents et problèmes N2/N3 sur les périmètres systèmes et réseaux, avec analyse et résolution durable. Contribuer aux choix d'infrastructure (évolution des socles, standardisation, réduction de la dette technique). Administrer et faire évoluer les infrastructures (environnements VMware, sauvegarde, stockage et composants associés). Assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO) des plateformes d'hébergement (performance, disponibilité, capacité). Mettre en œuvre et maintenir les dispositifs de sécurité opérationnelle (gestion des vulnérabilités, durcissement des systèmes, application des standards SSI). Participer aux projets d'évolution (déploiements, migrations, modernisation des infrastructures). Superviser et améliorer la fiabilité des services via le suivi d'indicateurs techniques et la mise en place d'outillage adapté. Data Analyst with SQL Server SSIS and Network Engineer Our Client a bank based in Central London is seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to play a key role in building and maintaining a robust digital data infrastructure. This position supports data users across the business, ensuring high-quality data extraction, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
