IT Support Technician Purpose The role of IT Support Technician will lead and manage all day-to-day IT 2 and 3 line support activities for Schools. The IT Support Technician will liaise with School staff, the IT Service Desk and other 3 line support teams to identify, prioritise, own and resolve all IT support and service requests. IT Infrastructure Support Engineer Our Client a bank based in Central London is looking to recruit a bright talented individual as an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst with circa 5 to 6 years IT Support experience. You will have at least to 5 to 6 years hands-on experience within IT Infrastructure ideally from the Banking or Financial arena. Must have in-depth knowledge of troubleshooting experience with Windows, Office365 and ideally Banking applications and conferencing applications.
