Tâches quotidiennes : • Gestion des tickets au quotidien Niveau 2/3; • Problèmes de règles Outlook; • Problèmes de droits sur les calendriers; • Problèmes de droits SendAS/Fullaccess; • Tracking Mail SendConnector; • Restauration de boîtes via VEEAM; • Gestion des salles de réunion. Tâches occasionnelles : • Export de boîtes aux lettres; • Ajout d'IP au niveau des ReceiveConnector; • Participation aux réunions projet Exchange 2019; • Dépannage sur le ReceiveConnector; • PowerShell; • Tracking connexion SMTP/IMAP/POP/EWS.
