Consultant senior en ingénierie réseau avec forte composante opérationnelle (« hands-on »). Niveau d'expérience Senior / Expert Contexte et objectif de la mission Dans le cadre d'un programme de transformation IT/OT industrielle, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Réseau Senior / SDN afin de contribuer à la conception, la validation, l'implémentation et le support de la connectivité réseau sécurisée entre les infrastructures, les applications industrielles et les services d'entreprise. Intervenir sur les sujets liés aux VLAN, routage, trunking, règles de pare-feu, DNS, DHCP, proxy, certificats et protocoles TLS. Accompagner les projets de segmentation réseau et de zonage de sécurité dans des environnements industriels. Contribuer aux activités de conception et d'implémentation liées aux technologies SDN (Software Defined Networking). Assurer la prise en compte des besoins de connectivité des plateformes conteneurisées on-premise et des applications industrielles. Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes de connectivité sur les couches réseau, plateforme et applicative. Produire la documentation technique, les matrices de flux, les schémas d'architecture et les documents de transfert vers l'exploitation. Participer à la préparation des mises en production : supervision, procédures opérationnelles, transfert de connaissances et accompagnement des équipes d'exploitation. Livrables attendus Matrices de flux réseau et preuves de validation de connectivité. Recommandations techniques et contributions aux architectures réseau. Support à la remédiation des problématiques de segmentation, routage, DNS, proxy et pare-feu. Support à l'implémentation SDN et analyses de résolution d'incidents. Schémas techniques et documentation d'exploitation. Analyses des risques et des écarts liés à la préparation réseau. Documentation de transfert vers les équipes d'exploitation.

End-User Computing & Branch Support · Provide advanced desktop, laptop, printer, Mobile device (iOS) and branch office IT support. · Deliver AV support for meeting rooms, conferencing, presentations, and collaboration systems. · Manage OS deployment, imaging, image creation, maintenance, and software packaging. · Administer Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and user provisioning and NTFS permissions. · Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. · Resolve technical incidents and service requests in line with agreed SLAs. Enterprise Applications & Financial Systems Support · Support and administer business-critical applications, including: · Bloomberg FXT and Refinitiv Eikon, Murex Treasury System, SWIFT Alliance Access (SAA), 1AML, SIBS, GFMS, COP · Support enterprise file synchronization and replication solutions (eg, Syncovery, other SFTP). Networking • Configure and support Cisco switches and routers. • Administer FortiGate firewall environments. • Strong network fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Routing and connectivity troubleshooting. Monitor network performance, availability, and security posture.
