Description du profil : En tant que développeur expérimenté/expert technique, vous travaillerez au sein d'une feature team (3 PO/Recetteurs, 1 tech lead, 6 développeurs). Vous participerez au développement des fonctionnalités et apporterez votre expertise technique à l'équipe. Dans le cadre de l'évolution de notre démarche, nous souhaitons accélérer l'adoption des technologies d'intelligence artificielle agentique. L'objectif est de développer de nouveaux usages d'automatisation, d'assistance avancée aux équipes d'exploitation et d'orchestration intelligente des processus IT (Infrastructure VMware, Kubernetes, etc.). Nous recherchons un Lead AI Engineer disposant d'une forte expérience opérationnelle pour concevoir, développer, industrialiser et intégrer ces solutions au sein de notre système d'information. 🎯 Vos principales responsabilités1. Développement et Intégration de solutions IA Orchestration Multi-Agents : Concevoir des assistants de code et des agents spécialisés pour les équipes d'exploitation, d'ingénierie et de support. Écosystème MCP : Déployer l'infrastructure Model Context Protocol (MCP) ou équivalents, créer les connecteurs et outils pour interagir avec nos API internes (ITSM, CMDB, observabilité). Frameworks Agentiques : Expérience concrète sur des outils d'orchestration multi-agents (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel ou équivalents).
