Software Engineer with C# or Java – Livingston NJ USA A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is required. Must have at least 4 to 6 years of progressively complex experience in a directly related area, during which both professional and technical capabilities have been clearly demonstrated. Coupled with at least 4 years of design and development. experience with various relevant Microsoft platforms, tools, technologies, patterns, and techniques related to Azure tools, integration, and data is required. We are looking for a DV cleared Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing operations support team. The preferred candidate will demonstrate effective application of Infrastructure and extensive knowledge across a variety of technologies such as Linux (Ubuntu / CentOS), Microsoft Windows Server (including services such as AD, DNS, DHCP) and virtualisation (Hyper-V), Microsoft Stack Technologies (Sharepoint, SQL Server, Skype for Business / Teams), networking technologies and storage. The role will provide technical exposure variance across both outcomes based project activities and operational (Business as Usual) support activities. The duties of the role will also include providing remote and on-site support. There is also a requirement to provide out of hours on call support. You will be expected to contribute towards the creation and ongoing maintenance of technical documentation and provide material to support the project work or the operational support service. IT Support Analyst/Engineer with Level 1 and Level 2 Role Description This full-time IT Support Analyst/Engineer role covers both Level 1 and Level 2 support and is offered on a hybrid basis, with work primarily in London and some work from home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling incoming support tickets, responding to user queries, and providing first-line technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes SOC, infrastructure, réseau, MCO et CSIRT. Vos missions 1. Déploiement et configuration de la solution NDR Installation et configuration des différents composants de la solution NDR. Paramétrage des mécanismes de collecte.
