You could be troubleshooting a complex Wi-Fi issue remotely, producing an Ekahau survey and network design, or attending a customer site to support an installation, upgrade or migration. Candidates at the top end of the salary range will ideally be capable of independently delivering wireless surveys and designs, leading complex incident resolution and providing technical guidance to customers and colleagues. Le réseau Wan repose sur une infrastructure MPLS desservant l'ensemble des sites. Cette architecture, ainsi que les équipements actifs qui l'accompagnent (commutateurs et bornes Wi-Fi) arrivent en fin de cycle et ne répondent plus aux besoins d'agilité, de sécurité et de maîtrise des coûts attendus. Un programme de transformation a été engagé pour remplacer cette infrastructure par une solution SD-WAN adossée à des équipements Fortinet : pare-feu, commutateurs FortiSwitch et bornes Wi-Fi FortiAP. Ce programme couvre 120 sites répartis sur 13 régions et s'accompagne, pour chaque site, de la souscription de nouveaux accès Internet destinés à se substituer aux liens MPLS. Le déploiement est confié à un prestataire, Orange, dont la prestation couvre l'ensemble de la chaîne d'installation : dépose des équipements existants, pose et vérification du câblage, installation et raccordement des nouveaux matériels, mise en service et remise en conformité des locaux techniques. Dans ce cadre, il est nécessaire de disposer d'un chef de projet technique chargé de superviser la prestation et d'intervenir sur les points bloquants, en appui du responsable de projet interne qui conserve la conduite d'ensemble du programme. Sa valeur ajoutée réside dans la capacité à vérifier, à challenger et à débloquer, afin d'alléger la charge du responsable de projet interne et de sécuriser la tenue des engagements sur les 120 sites. 1.1 Périmètre de la mission · Le contrôle de la prestation réalisée par le prestataire déployeur, à chaque étape du déploiement ; · La vérification que les prérequis nécessaires à chaque intervention sont bien réunis avant que celle-ci ne démarre ; · L'analyse et le traitement des points bloquants de nature technique, en appui du responsable de projet ; · La remontée d'alertes documentées et la contribution au reporting présenté en gouvernance. 1.3 Périmètre de supervision La supervision exercée par le prestataire porte sur l'ensemble de la chaîne de déploiement, sans se substituer aux acteurs qui en ont la charge : · 120 sites (13 régions) à migrer de la solution MPLS actuelle vers la solution SD-WAN cible. · Remplacement des équipements actifs sur site : commutateurs et bornes Wi-Fi, par des équipements Fortinet. · Mise en service des accès Internet, commandés en interne en avance de phase, dont le prestataire suit l'aboutissement au regard du planning de déploiement. · État des lieux technique des sites, dont le prestataire s'assure qu'il est disponible et exploitable avant intervention. · Prestation du prestataire déployeur Orange sur l'ensemble des phases : dépose, câblage, installation, mise en service et remise en conformité. · Relations avec les relais informatiques régionaux (CIR) des 13 régions, sollicités pour les informations et les vérifications de terrain.

Intégré(e) aux équipes d'un de nos clients grand compte, votre rôle sera de fournir aux utilisateurs finaux des services réseaux automatisés via le Cloud privé du client et clouds publics. Le détail de vos missions sera le suivant : - Scripting pour automatiser des actions récurrentes ou réalisation de micro-service FastAPI - Mise en œuvre d'environnement de travail - Gestion des policy (audit / maintien / exemption / incident) - Maintien en condition opérationnel de l'usine de développement (Terraform / pipeline GitLab / Patch Management système) - MCO service lié à l'infrastructure (ex : EventHub) - Traitement des demandes utilisateurs diverses Compétences techniques attendues : - Protocoles de routage dynamique (BGP, MPLS, IS-IS) - Connaissance des "Services Réseaux" (RR, TCP/IP, DNS, Proxy, QOS, firewalling, clustering…) - Connaissances des équipements de routage et de sécurité (Cisco/ACI, Fortinet, F5) - Principe de développement et langage des automatismes (Ansible, GIT...) - Langage Python / Ansible - Connaissance avancée des services Azure (AKS / APIM / Automation / Function App / Policy) - Connaissance réseau et de l'architecture hub&Spoke - Gitlab - Terraform - Connaissance de base des processus et outils de gestion d'incidents (méthode ITIL, ServiceNow par exemple) - Notions fondamentales en cybersécurité - Méthodologies agiles : SAFe, Scrum...
