Contexte Mission au sein d'un grand groupe bancaire, pour l'équipe Tech & Data Office accompagnant les leaders IT dans leur transformation digitale et opérationnelle. La fonction de pilotage budgétaire IT constitue un enjeu stratégique pour optimiser la dépense informatique en lien avec la Direction Financière, soutenir la transformation agile des équipes IT et l'implémentation du product management, et améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle par la mutualisation des processus support. La mission s'inscrit dans une démarche d'amélioration continue de la gestion financière des ressources IT et de renforcement des processus de contrôle budgétaire. Rôle et responsabilités principales Assure le suivi du pilotage opérationnel et du reporting de l'activité d'un domaine (stratégique, portefeuille projets, programmes, activités opérationnelles) Pilote les plannings prévisionnels d'affectation des ressources, le suivi des réalisations et le budget du projet ; alerte en cas d'anomalie par rapport aux prévisions Contribue à l'élaboration du portefeuille de projets en intégrant les contraintes et dépendances des ressources (coûts, délais, compétences) Vérifie l'avancement du projet/programme selon les exigences définies (qualité, coût, délai) et le respect des engagements Vérifie l'application de la méthodologie et des bonnes pratiques Effectue l'analyse des risques Évalue la capacité actuelle et prévisionnelle des ressources et des tâches, propose optimisation et réallocation Anime le processus d'élaboration des schémas directeurs et le décline en feuille de route Livrables attendus Reporting périodique de l'activité et du budget (consommés, reste à faire, planning) Dashboards de pilotage à destination des directions concernées Analyses de risques Portefeuille de projets actualisé (ressources, coûts, délais) Schémas directeurs et feuilles de route
Notre client dans le secteur Banque et finance recherche un/une Solution Architect – Collateral Management H/F Description de la mission : Job description – Solution Architect – Collateral Management Context and objective The mission focuses on defining and implementing end-to-end architecture solutions for IT initiatives within the Collateral Management domain. The role is expected to ensure that solutions meet functional, non-functional and security requirements, while aligning delivery teams with enterprise standards and domain target architectures. Main responsibilities • Architectural leadership: define and implement end-to-end architecture solutions for IT initiatives • Collaboration: work closely with requirement owners, domain architects and IT engineers to build high-quality solutions • Integration: bridge Enterprise Architecture and IT delivery teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and target architectures • Community contribution: develop reusable solution patterns and building blocks, and contribute to the evolution of Solution Architecture and Software Engineering practices • Domain architecture: apply knowledge of technology capabilities, functional architecture and delivery experience to define target architectures and roadmaps for the Collateral Management domain • Knowledge sharing: participate in communities of practice with other architects to share standard methodologies and lessons learned Profile required Experience: • Extensive experience in the Collateral Management domain as a business or solution architect, with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders such as product management and business analysts • Strong IT background with the ability to assimilate unfamiliar technologies quickly, apply them to end-to-end solutions and converse with IT subject matter experts • Experience in the IT industry as a solution architect on large-scale transformation projects is considered beneficial Methods and architecture: • Experience with large-scale agile projects • Knowledge of agile at scale and frameworks such as SAFe is beneficial • Proficiency in Event Driven and Service-based architectures, microservices and RESTful APIs Technical knowledge: • Familiarity with Mainframe environments • Familiarity with integration and data technologies • Experience with JavaScript front-end frameworks such as Angular is advantageous • Familiarity with Cloud environments is beneficial Business and industry knowledge: • Knowledge of post-trade market infrastructures is required • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as Open Agile Architecture or TOGAF is required • Experience in Financial Services and strong understanding of Collateral Management processes and related regulatory environments are required Soft skills and personal qualities: • Ability to handle complex systems and problems across functions, locations and organizations • Ability to conduct architectural analysis autonomously, provide pragmatic recommendations and escalate when needed • Ability to balance high-level strategic work with technical implementation challenges • Strong analytical skills and pragmatic problem-solving approach • Ability to identify change needs and propose innovative improvements to IT delivery processes • Strong communication skills to advocate architectural recommendations to project teams and senior management • Ability to build positive relationships Expected deliverables • End-to-end architecture solutions aligned with functional, non-functional and security requirements • Domain target architectures and roadmaps for Collateral Management • Reusable solution patterns and building blocks • Architectural analysis and pragmatic recommendations supporting IT delivery Compétences / Qualités indispensables : Collateral Management, Solution Architecture, Event-Driven and Service-based architectures, Microservices and REST APIs, Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Open Agile Architecture), Financial Services and post-trade market infrastructures Compétences / Qualités qui seraient un + : SAFe, Angular, Cloud, experience on large-scale transformation projectsInformations concernant le télétravail : Oui — 3 jours/semaine
