Vous rejoignez un grand groupe industriel pour piloter l'ensemble des initiatives d'intelligence artificielle et d'automatisation intelligente en co-construction avec les équipes métier. Vous serez le point focal garantissant cohérence, qualité et valeur de la transformation IA, en lien étroit avec les équipes techniques et le management. Vous évoluez dans un environnement Agile, au cœur d'une dynamique de digitalisation où l'IA agents, l'automatisation intelligente et les cas d'usage innovants (chatbots, IDP, assistants autonomes) restructurent les processus métier. Votre mission combine pilotage stratégique et réalisation technique, dans une posture de product manager et de facilitateur transverse. Vous assurez le suivi rigoureux de toutes les initiatives IA du périmètre : qualité des livrables, respect des délais, maîtrise des coûts et faisabilité technique. Vous maintenez une proximité forte avec les métiers bénéficiaires et les équipes DSI, en animant des comités réguliers et en produisant une vision consolidée du portefeuille pour le management. Vous piloter les risques, mesurez l'avancement et documentez les jalons clés. Vous travaillez en transverse avec les Product Managers et les Product Owners pour contribuer à la priorisation de la roadmap IA et à l'optimisation continue des ressources. En parallèle, vous menez des initiatives techniques en autonomie : conception et développement de POC d'agents IA, prototypage de solutions dans l'environnement agentic AI de l'entreprise, et contribution aux choix d'architecture en lien avec les équipes techniques. Ces prototypes alimentent la prise de décision et sécurisent les choix techniques avant industrialisation. Responsabilités : - Assurer le suivi d'avancement consolidé de l'ensemble du portefeuille IA (coûts, délais, qualité, faisabilité) - Maintenir une communication étroite avec les métiers et les équipes DSI à travers des comités réguliers - Produire des rapports hebdomadaires et des états d'avancement détaillés, identifiant risques et jalons - Animer et planifier les comités internes et avec le métier ; rédiger les comptes rendus associés - Créer des supports de qualité représentatifs du périmètre pour le management et les parties prenantes - Maintenir à jour les référentiels de planification et les roadmaps du portefeuille IA - Piloter la priorisation des initiatives en collaboration avec les Product Managers et Product Owners - Concevoir et développer en autonomie des POC d'agents IA pour éprouver la faisabilité et la valeur des cas d'usage - Réaliser des prototypes documentés dans l'environnement agentic AI pour sécuriser les choix techniques - Contribuer aux décisions d'architecture et aux recommandations techniques avec les équipes DSI - Identifier, documenter et suivre les risques ; assurer la qualité des livrables en production Télétravail : 2 jours par...

You will participate in customer and partner calls to review requirements and client needs. You will quickly gain an understanding how local income and expense calculations, and financial management best practices can be leveraged to deliver financial wellness tools in the UK market. This role will allow you to partner analytics teams to review and enhance data categorization for key income and expense transactions, develop a specification for both rules based and machine learning driven enhancements to categorization by defining transaction types. You will also interact closely with the Financial Product team to provide requirements to localize the financial management tools for the UK market. You will perform regular and ongoing analysis on consumer transactions to identify methods for improved categorization, testing and certifying enhancements, and validating performance metrics. You will also work with the Financial Wellness Product team to adapt their products for the UK market. This requires you to develop a deep understanding of the UK financial management space in order to develop an ongoing UK roadmap with the rest of the Financial product team. Must have a Bachelor's Degree coupled with 2 – 4 years of experience in software-oriented Product Management, preferably in financial services. Experience in financial modelling and possessing knowledge of the financial services and transactions. Experience/Interest in analysing data and a high attention to detail especially in regards to data cleansing You possess superb written & oral communication skills. You have analytical skills with a background in financial analysis and carefully seek to understand underlying business needs, both on a market level as well as from individual client/prospects. You are adaptable and can work successfully in a technical environment as a non-technical leader. The ideal candidate is inquisitive and highly detail oriented.
