Le périmètre couvre des applications métiers « Pro Dev » et des sujets de gouvernance / accompagnement Citizen Dev. Les applications sont des outils mis à disposition pour nos métiers (Finance, juridique, marketing...). Les enjeux portent sur la sécurisation du RUN, la fiabilisation des chaînes Power Apps / Power Automate / Power Pages, la gestion des environnements, la documentation des solutions et l'amélioration continue des pratiques de développement, de tests et de mise en production. Le consultant interviendra en remplacement d'un Expert Power Platform déjà intégré à l'équipe, avec une forte attente d'autonomie, de continuité opérationnelle et de capacité à reprendre rapidement des flux, applications et tickets en cours. MissionsDéveloppement et maintenance applicative Power Platform Analyser les besoins métier, contribuer au chiffrage, identifier les impacts fonctionnels et techniques, puis proposer des solutions robustes et maintenables. Développer, corriger et faire évoluer des applications Canvas Apps / Model-driven Apps et des flux Power Automate, en cohérence avec les standards de l'équipe. Intervenir sur les applications du portefeuille LowCode, notamment PrestaGO et CDExpress, ainsi que sur les applications satellites selon priorisation. Assurer la reprise et la stabilisation de flux existants : relances automatiques, exports, notifications, génération de fichiers, mises à jour de données, archivage et traitements planifiés. Gérer les intégrations avec les briques connexes : SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Pages, Outlook, Teams, Business Central, Workday ou autres sources exposées via connecteurs. Qualité, tests et mise en production Préparer et exécuter les tests techniques sur DEV / PREPROD / PROD, en articulation avec les tests PO et recettes métier. Contribuer aux campagnes de tests de non-régression, rédiger les éléments de preuve et sécuriser les passages en production. Respecter le rythme d'équipe : backlog/priorisation, sprint de 3 semaines, revue des tickets, daily meetings, revues de MeP et livraisons planifiées. MS Dynamics CRM Systems Administrator – Trumbull CT USA Our Client is implementing a large scale system overhaul including changing and standardizing the core ERP and CRM infrastructure to a Microsoft Dynamics and Azure platform. Over the next 2 years, the systems will be implemented in stages and we are now looking for three Regional CRM System administrators (One in each of the following locations: In Trumbull CT (USA), Måløv/Copenhagen (Denmark) and Singapore or Mumbai) to support the implementation and the ongoing commercial operations. As Regional CRM System Administrator you be responsible for Application and System Administration support in the region. You will report to the CRM Technical Lead and be the bridge between regional Commercial Operations and User groups and the Central CRM development team, where your responsibility is maintaining the system, resolving issues and escalating change requests. You will also work closely with our regional Helpdesk and SuperUsers providing training and knowledge transfer to ensure quality first line system support. Your system admin responsibilities will primarily be focused on Microsoft dynamics Customer Engagement (CRM), Dynamics for Marketing but also include other solution softwares like Alignstar Territory Alignment, Xactly Performance Management and the integration with our ERP System Dynamics Finance & Operations. As The CRM Systems Administrator you will be required to perform the following tasks: Perform all administrative functions for CRM system including, monitoring data feeds, updating data values, adjusting workflows, creating new reports/dashboards, etc Act as central point of contact for all change requests and system alteration requests (BPC); working with sales, marketing, operations, and IT leadership to assess, prioritize and implement as needed Deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and Deploy SQL Integration Services packages. Refresh and munge production databases for staging, test and development environments. Assist Development team troubleshoot issues with network, Active Directory, deployment, Windows and PowerShell. Work with development and engineering team to automate, build and test CRM solutions. Configure, implement, monitor and maintain staging environments. Data accuracy and ownership duties  To ensure all data worked on and or/shared with internal/external clients are accurate.  Escalate any data issues to the business promptly and without delays.  Ensuring any data sharing requests are discussed with business/DPO so that prior authorization is given and follows GDPR / department's SOPs. Regulatory Compliance duties Comply with all applicable individual conduct rules (especially the FCA Conduct Rules, Regulations, Bank policies and procedures and the banking Compliance. Technical/Functional skills - Knowledge in SQL query is essential - Working experience in administration and development with SQL (experience with SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Service is preferred) - Experience in working with data visualization tools such as Power BI - Experience in working with scripting language such as VBA and Python - Experience working with Power Automate is a plus - Required understanding of the business and business units Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership]) - Personal integrity and ethics - Good judgment in enabling the provision of sound advice on regulation and practice, proactive management of compliance and regulatory risk You will have at least 7 to 10 years' relevant experience working in the data field, preferably in an established bank or financial institution.
