Almatek recherche pour l'un de ses clients, Un Expert Réseau & Sécurité – LAN/WLAN / Firewall sur Bondoufle Compétences techniques : LAN (Exreme) et WLAN (Aruba, Cisco) - Confirmé - Important Firewall (Fortinet, Palo Alto)) - Confirmé - Important Routing (BGP, PBR, SDWAN) - Confirmé - Souhaitable Aruba Clearpass, Central et Airwave - Junior - Appréciable Connaissances linguistiques : Anglais Professionnel (Secondaire) Descriptif: Les activités au sein du Service Appui : 1/ Support et gestion des incidents (environ 30% de l'activité) - Suivre et rédiger des procédures à appliquer lors des pannes ou de dysfonctionnements - Améliorer le taux de volume de traitement des incidents en mode proactif - Auditer les réseaux lors de dysfonctionnements, mettre en place des solutions pour assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles du réseau. - Ouvrir et suivre des tickets auprès des services supports éditeurs ou opérateurs - Intervenir en tant qu'expert réseau auprès des équipes applicatives ou systèmes en cas de panne ou de difficultés (Support N2/N3). 2/ Maintien en conditions opérationnelle (environ 40 % de l'activité) - Superviser et administrer les infrastructures réseau (LAN/WAN/WLAN) - Superviser et administrer les équipements de sécurité (Firewall, Load Balancer, Proxy) - Mettre à jour les logiciels/firmwares dans le cadre de la gestion des cycles de vie des composants techniques - Gérer le parc et ses licences - Mettre à jour les référentiels (Inventaire, CMDB, IPAM,…), la documentation technique et la base de connaissance - Mettre en place les tableaux de bord de suivi des performances et du capacitaire - Contribuer l'amélioration de l'exploitation quotidienne des infrastructures réseaux (automatisation des taches d'administration via Ansible) - Assurer une veille technologique afin de proposer et anticiper les évolutions nécessaires à l'optimisation du réseau et au maintien sa sécurité et sa fiabilité - Définir le plan de reprise technique en cas de défaillance du réseau 3/ Mise en place des infrastructures réseau et gestion des demandes (environ 30% de l'activité) - Assurer le traitements des demandes et des changements visant la mise à disposition de nouveau service en fonction des besoins métiers - Apporter son expertise technique et fonctionnelle sur la partie réseaux télécommunications lors de mise en place de projets concernant l'infrastructure du système d'information ou lors du lancement de projets transverses - Assurer l'interface entre les équipes internes et externes (opérateurs ou partenaires) lors de la mise en place d'interconnexion avec le réseau de l'entreprise - Remplacer les équipements réseau dans le cadre de la gestion de l'obsolescence

ontexte de la mission Group IT department is organized around Shared Line of Services (SLS) to deliver global services to all group entities. SLS infrastructure delivers Cloud Service Provider based services (AWS and Azure) and centrally managed Network services (Backbone, Site to site VPN, internet access filtering, VPN access for end users, IPAM, SDWAN solution…) Within the SLS Infrastructure, the Network & Security SSE Expert will be member of the Engineering team, in charge to design and deploy and maintain new services offers based on high end market solutions. Becoming product owner of these service, he'll be in charge to conduct RFPs to select the most appropriate technical solution to fill needs for network infrastructure services, making sure the service integrates smoothly in the IT information System. He'll be in charge to design the solution, with the corresponding service offer declined in the service catalog of the SLS infrastructure. Achieving a scalable design respecting the corporate standards and Cybersecurity rules and transitioning the service to operations within the Side Partner operations team is mandatory to operate at scale. He'll also be in charge to ensure technologies used are updated according to the vendor lifecycle and that vulnerabilities are addressed in delays required by Cyber teams. He will ensure that service health is properly monitored through the monitoring solutions in place at the SLS infrastructure and that the service consumption can be charged back to the customers. Customers should be able to raise service request and support request modelized by the product owner of the service in the ITSM solution. Finally, he'll handle support escalations from Operations Team with the necessary assistance from the vendors themselves. Objectifs et livrables Responsibilities Network & Security SSE Expert is responsible to: Define Network & Security around SSE Solution Zscaler Conduct RFP for Technology right choosing. Produce KPI based on services delivered Maintain the Product lifecycle. Ensure level 3 support with vendors escalation when required.. Ensuring proper transition of run activities to Operational teams. Define service Monitoring, backup, service Request and support escalation path. Contribute to the billing & chargeback model applied to the customer. Ensure Standard and Cybersecurity rules are respected. His duty will be to make sure to interact with the necessary stakeholders to define, budget, design, build, maintain, monitor, backup, report, support, charge the service back to the customers. Information Security Manager with Network Engineering Skills Our Client is bank based in Central London who are looking to recruit a seasoned professional with at least 7 to 10 years expertise level Information Security coupled with Hands-on Network Engineering. The role is mainly Information Security – Data Security and split circa 80% with 20% Network Engineering – so you do need to be hands-on technically. You will ideally have circa 5+ years of work experience with Network Engineering coupled with over 10 years experience with Cisco Systems Products Role Description The Information Security Manager with Network Engineering Skills is a full-time hybrid role based in London, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. The role oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of information security policies, procedures, and controls across networks and systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the Information Security Management System (ISMS), monitoring cybersecurity and network security events, coordinating incident response, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The person in this role will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to assess risks, implement technical and procedural safeguards, and support secure network architecture and configuration. Additional tasks include producing security documentation, leading security awareness initiatives, and providing guidance on secure network engineering practices. Qualifications Strong skills in Information Security Management and Information Security, with experience defining and enforcing security policies and governance.
