🌍 Contexte Dans le cadre du développement international d'une plateforme digitale B2B dédiée à la gestion et à l'optimisation des ressources en eau, nous recherchons un(e) Senior UX Designer / UX Researcher. Déjà déployée à grande échelle sur plusieurs marchés européens, la solution poursuit aujourd'hui son expansion à l'international. Dans ce contexte, vous prendrez le lead sur l'expérience utilisateur afin d'identifier les principaux axes d'amélioration et de contribuer à la trajectoire UX de la roadmap 2027. La mission est fortement orientée UX Research, ergonomie et facilitation d'ateliers (80-90 %). L'UI Design n'est pas au cœur du poste, un Design System complet étant déjà en place. 🎯 Vos missions Réaliser un audit UX approfondi de la plateforme et identifier les principaux pain points utilisateurs. Préparer et animer des interviews utilisateurs et ateliers de co-conception, en France et à l'international. Analyser, structurer et prioriser les feedbacks utilisateurs existants. Transformer les insights issus de la recherche en recommandations UX concrètes. Concevoir et optimiser les parcours utilisateurs, user flows et wireframes. Simplifier l'expérience sur une plateforme manipulant des données et processus métiers complexes. S'appuyer sur le Design System existant pour prototyper rapidement les solutions. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Produit et les différentes parties prenantes. Job Title: Performance Analyst ** SC needed ** Duration: 3-6 Months (extensions likely) Rate: Outside IR35 Location: Work from home Overview We are seeking a Performance Analyst to support a public sector organisation by delivering data-driven insights, performance reporting, and KPI analysis to improve service delivery and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities -Analyse and interpret performance data from multiple sources. -Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and management reports. -Monitor performance against targets and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. -Produce regular reports for senior stakeholders. -Support performance improvement initiatives through data analysis and recommendations. -Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with reporting standards. Key Skills & Experience -Experience in a Performance Analyst, MI Analyst, or Data Analyst role. -Strong Excel and Power BI reporting skills. -Experience creating dashboards and performance reports. -Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
