Mission freelance SC Performance Analyst - Remote / Outside IR35

Job Title: Performance Analyst ** SC needed **
Duration: 3-6 Months (extensions likely)
Rate: Outside IR35
Location: Work from home

Overview
We are seeking a Performance Analyst to support a public sector organisation by delivering data-driven insights, performance reporting, and KPI analysis to improve service delivery and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

-Analyse and interpret performance data from multiple sources.
-Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and management reports.
-Monitor performance against targets and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
-Produce regular reports for senior stakeholders.
-Support performance improvement initiatives through data analysis and recommendations.
-Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with reporting standards.

Key Skills & Experience

-Experience in a Performance Analyst, MI Analyst, or Data Analyst role.
-Strong Excel and Power BI reporting skills.
-Experience creating dashboards and performance reports.
-Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Must have Public sector experience .
