Le périmètre couvre plusieurs sites de production et un écosystème applicatif complexe L'enjeu principal consiste à construire une vision cible robuste, standardisée et évolutive afin de sécuriser les futurs projets de digitalisation industrielle, de garantir la conformité règlementaire et d'assurer la pérennité des infrastructures de traçabilité. Tu auras pour missions de : Réaliser l'audit des solutions d'étiquetage industrielles (solutions éditeurs, solutions spécifiques, moteurs d'impression embarqués, applications locales). Analyser les architectures, versions, hébergements, niveaux d'obsolescence et criticité des solutions existantes. Auditer les matériels d'impression industriels : imprimantes thermiques, jet d'encre, laser, Print & Apply, systèmes de contrôle vision et équipements d'étiquetage automatisés. Cartographier l'ensemble des interfaces entre les solutions d'étiquetage et les environnements ERP, MES, WMS, WCS et automatismes industriels. Qualifier les technologies d'échange existantes : Talend, OPC Router, API, SQL, fichiers, Web Services et OPC UA. Réaliser un inventaire complet des infrastructures matérielles supportant les usages MES : PC industriels, tablettes, PDA, scanners, imprimantes, balances et équipements connectés. Définir la stratégie d'évolution des équipements industriels afin d'accompagner les futurs usages de digitalisation, qualité, mobilité et performance industrielle. Construire la roadmap technique incluant les budgets, risques, dépendances et priorités des différents chantiers. Participer à la définition du Core Model technique Groupe sur les standards d'étiquetage, de traçabilité, d'interfaces et d'équipements industriels. 🧰 Stack technique : Étiquetage : NiceLabel, Codesoft, solutions d'impression industrielle. Préparer, installer et configurer les infrastructures IT avant leur déploiement sur site. Installer et configurer les composants réseau, système, stockage et virtualisation. Déployer les infrastructures dans les data centers situés à l'étranger. Finaliser les interconnexions et accompagner les équipes d'intégration. Configurer les firewalls, les VLAN, les switches, les VPN et les règles WAF. Réaliser la mise en rack, le câblage et la configuration réseau et stockage des serveurs. Tester les procédures de sauvegarde et de restauration. Rédiger et fournir les dossiers d'architecture technique. Maintenir l'infrastructure interne dédiée à l'intégration des projets. Le poste Vous intégrez une équipe de 5 personnes dédiée à l'architecture et au déploiement d'infrastructures IT pour le compte de nos clients grands comptes.
