They are now looking to recruit an IT infrastructure system support and maintenance Engineer with at least 5 years experience in 1 to 3 level experience in support. You will be working with users using Japanese and English, working closely with related parties to ensure a coordinated approach to IT infrastructure support and projects. Adoptability to work in a fast-changing environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in English & Japanese language skills (Reading/Writing/Speaking). User facing support skills Self-motivated and an innovative mindset Experience: 3 to 5+ years IT experience in a corporate environment. The security and support of the company's network is paramount. Predominately a support role (BAU) with design of scalable solutions deliverable through projects. Encompassing numerous technologies that benefit high-availability solutions. This role requires a responsible individual who can design and deliver secure networking solutions.
