Missions : Implémentation technique du monitoring de la capacité IT GMR • Contribuer à la revue et à l'optimisation des mécanismes d'alerting actuels (réseau, serveurs, bases de données…) • Déployer et configurer des agents et sondes pour assurer une collecte automatisée des métriques (volumes de données, mémoire…) et des performances sur les applications IT GMR • Développer des algorithmes/scripts d'analyse de tendance pour anticiper les problèmes de performance et congestions de toutes natures sur les applicatifs IT GMR • Développer les dashboards visuels de monitoring de la capacité (exemple : sous Grafana, Splunk, Kibana…) selon les maquettes fournies par le business analyst • Mettre en place le monitoring actif des seuils de capacité et des alertes automatiques Support technique au monitoring proactif de la capacité IT GMR • Participer aux campagnes de tests de capacité (Capacity Testing) et le cas échéant à leur automatisation • Contribuer à l'identification et au développement de cas d'usage IA pertinents (exemple : modèles prédictifs simples sous Python pour anticiper l'atteinte des limites de stockage/DB).
