Application Support Analyst 2 and 3Line Our Client an international company a looking to recruit an Application Support Analyst with experience of 2 and 3 line support. The main responsibility for providing day to day operational support for the Clients Application Portfolio, through the effective use and management of incident, requests and problems. You will be responsible for the regular monitoring and maintenance of the application portfolio. Dans un contexte de transformation digitale accélérée, le client souhaite structurer, fiabiliser et moderniser son environnement data afin de répondre à l'évolution rapide de ses usages et de soutenir des initiatives à forte valeur ajoutée. Trois axes stratégiques majeurs motivent cette évolution : L'intégration croissante de données issues de capteurs IoT, caractérisées par des volumes importants, une forte vélocité et une grande hétérogénéité, notamment pour des cas d'usage liés à l'exploitation, la maintenance, la sécurité ou la performance des infrastructures. Le développement de l'intelligence artificielle, qui requiert un accès fluide à des données fiables, historisées et exploitables à grande échelle pour l'entraînement de modèles, l'analyse prédictive, l'optimisation et l'aide à la décision. L'archivage des données pour une utilisation ultérieure à moindre coût. Aujourd'hui, le client dispose d'un datawarehouse alimenté par environ 30 sources de données, principalement orienté vers le reporting et le pilotage décisionnel. Si cette plateforme répond aux besoins actuels, elle montre toutefois ses limites face aux nouveaux enjeux data : Difficulté à intégrer et exploiter efficacement des données massives, temps réel ou non structurées (IoT, logs, données brutes), Manque de flexibilité pour l'analyse exploratoire et l'expérimentation, Capacité limitée à supporter des workloads analytiques avancés et des cas d'usage IA, Enjeux croissants en matière de scalabilité, de performance, de gouvernance et de coûts. Dans ce contexte, l'ambition est de franchir une nouvelle étape en mettant en place une architecture data moderne, capable d'accompagner durablement la montée en puissance des usages data et de renforcer la valeur métier extraite des données.

Dans le cadre de l'optimisation et de l'unification de ses capacités analytiques transversales, notre client recherche un consultant Data Analytics Engineer autonome pour une mission d'intégration, de modélisation et de restitution des données Corporate stratégiques du groupe. Cette initiative vise à fournir une vision consolidée et exploitable des indicateurs clés provenant de diverses sources internes, essentielles à la prise de décision stratégique et opérationnelle. Objectifs de la mission Établir et sécuriser des connexions techniques robustes et évolutives avec les systèmes sources Corporate identifiés (ERP, Plateformes Financières, RH, ITSM etc.). Extraire et charger les données des domaines fonctionnels Corporate clés : finance, ressources humaines, référentiels, achats, etc. Concevoir et implémenter des pipelines d'ingestion automatisés fiables et performants, garantissant l'intégrité et la fraîcheur des données. Structurer et modéliser les données dans un entrepôt de données (Data Warehouse Snowflake) de manière logique, modulaire, réutilisable et optimisée pour l'analyse et la restitution. Mettre en place des mécanismes de gouvernance des données : gestion des métadonnées, logiques de rafraîchissement, suivi de la qualité des données et gestion des erreurs. Développer des vues et agrégats de données spécifiques aux besoins de restitution et d'analyse des différents départements Corporate. Documenter de manière exhaustive les pipelines d'ingestion, les modèles de données (logique et physique), les règles de transformation et les points de reprise pour assurer la maintenabilité et la transférabilité.

Database Engineer with SQL and C# Our Client is a City based bank – looking to recruit a Database Engineer with at least 3 to 5 years expertise of developing and supporting SQL and C#. Software Development: Analysis of issues pertaining to problems or errors raised by in-house systems, i.e. CORE, SharePoint interface, Equation end of day cycle. Understanding business requirements in order to develop and deliver appropriate solutions based on system definition documents. Proficiency in advanced 4GL programming languages and able to apply to the fully development life-cycle. Database Support Supporting budgeting and financial planning processes for Finance department, including loading and refreshing of data based on requirements. Understand and conduct the front-end functionality to amend and change hierarchical structures within the environment. Debug and analyse errors and anomalies within Hyperion system as raised by Finance and to pinpoint areas of failure and correct any issues. Liaise with Finance on a daily basis to ensure smooth running of the Hyperion environment. Build data flows within the SQL environment in SSIS packages. Introduce new field and data types for new information to be collated in the CORE environment. To integrate with all the Bank's sub-systems using data abstraction and connectivity layers, i.e. ODBC, ADO.net. Build reports based on business requirements using Hyperion Interactive Reports. Ensure that the environment is running optimally and to utilise house-keeping procedures. Sharepoint Integration: Integrate the SharePoint environment and Forms with Equation system to introduce automation of processes thereby eliminating the need for duplicate entry. Utilise web services to integrate from cutting edge technology into legacy systems such as Equation. End of Day Cycle: Provide second and third level support for in-house programmes during the end of day cycle. Able to analyse and rectify any problems raised in an independent and team scenario. Take ownership of a problem and deliver a solution in a timely manner. Provide out of office hours support. Risk & Regulatory Duties Maintain knowledge of all applicable regulatory requirements including the Bank's Risk and Compliance policies and procedures and adhere to these to avoid exposing the Bank to undue risk.
