Dans le cadre de l'évolution de la solution WeBank EDI, nous recherchons un Product Owner afin d'accompagner le projet de montée de version et les travaux associés : · Réaliser les campagnes de tests de non-régression sur la solution. · Accompagner les équipes utilisatrices dans l'appropriation de la nouvelle version de l'outil. · Intervenir plus particulièrement sur l'évolution des formats d'échanges liés aux virements de trésorerie et internationaux vers le standard ISO 20022 (messages MX), ainsi que sur les adaptations nécessaires dans le cadre de l'initiative CBPR+. Projet SWIFT ISO 20022 : · Recueillir et formaliser avec les équipes métier les besoins relatifs à la saisie des bénéficiaires internationaux et à la gestion des échanges de fichiers de virements internationaux selon les exigences de la norme ISO 20022. · Traduire ces besoins sous forme de user stories. · Construire les stratégies et plans de tests, puis piloter la recette d'intégration des fichiers au format MX en lien avec les équipes Core Banking. · Accompagner les utilisateurs métier dans la préparation et l'exécution de leurs scénarios de tests lors de la phase de recette utilisateur. Montée de version WeBank EDI V4 : · Prendre en charge la validation fonctionnelle de la nouvelle version V4 de la solution via des tests de non-régression. · Identifier, documenter et suivre les anomalies détectées auprès de l'éditeur jusqu'à leur résolution. · Soutenir les équipes métier pendant les phases de recette utilisateurs. Maintenance applicative de la solution WeBank EDI : · Analyser les demandes d'évolution et nouveaux besoins exprimés par les utilisateurs. · Organiser et animer des ateliers de cadrage avec les métiers afin de préciser les attentes et les impacts associés. · Rédiger les user stories ainsi que les cas/plans de tests nécessaires. · Assurer la coordination entre les différentes parties prenantes (éditeur, hébergeur, équipes métier back-office digital et équipes IT) pour la mise en œuvre des évolutions. Suivi du support de production : · Prendre en charge le support applicatif de niveau 2 sur les incidents relatifs aux échanges de flux avec le système d'information. · Organiser et animer les points hebdomadaires de suivi de production avec les équipes métier et l'éditeur. Compétences fonctionnelles attendues : · Bonne maîtrise des processus et flux de paiements interbancaires (SEPA, SWIFT). · Expérience confirmée sur des projets de migration ou d'implémentation ISO 20022 liés aux virements SWIFT, idéalement dans un contexte CBPR+. · Expérience en tant que Product Owner : analyse et formalisation des besoins, rédaction de user stories, animation d'ateliers, préparation et pilotage des phases de recette. · Une connaissance de l'environnement banque privée serait appréciée ; une expérience dans le secteur du courtage en assurance-vie ou auprès de compagnies d'assurance-vie constitue également un atout.
