IT Support Analyst/Engineer with Level 1 and Level 2 Role Description This full-time IT Support Analyst/Engineer role covers both Level 1 and Level 2 support and is offered on a hybrid basis, with work primarily in London and some work from home flexibility. PMO Planner Skills and Experience Proven experience within a PMO planning or scheduling role supporting complex programmes. Strong understanding of programme and project lifecycle planning. Experience maintaining integrated schedules across multiple projects or workstreams. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent planning tools.
