Contexte Dans le cadre de sa stratégie de croissance et de sa stratégie de croissance, le groupe déploie une solution d'Intelligence Artificielle à l'international dédiée à l'identification d'opportunités commerciales et à la génération de leads à fort potentiel auprès de ses clients. Nous recherchons un(e) AI Roll Out Manager chargé(e) d'accompagner le déploiement du programme dans plusieurs pays et de favoriser son adoption par les équipes commerciales. En étroite collaboration avec de nombreuses équipes au niveau du siège et des équipes locales, vous serez responsable de l'activation des pays, de la conduite du changement et du suivi de la performance des pays déployés. Votre objectif sera de faciliter le déploiement, garantir que les opportunités identifiées par l'IA soient efficacement exploitées par les équipes commerciales et contribuent concrètement à la croissance des ventes. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la transformation des pratiques en assurant un lien permanent entre les retours terrain et les objectifs stratégiques du projet. Vos missions Déploiement international de la solution IA - Piloter le déploiement de la solution IA dans les pays de la road map. - Veiller au respect du planning de déploiement et des objectifs du programme. - Coordonner les actions entre l'équipe projet, les régions et les parties prenantes locales. - Accompagner les équipes locales dans les différentes phases de lancement. - Identifier les risques, points de blocage et opportunités d'amélioration. Adoption & conduite du changement - Construire et adapter le kit de déploiement. - Concevoir et animer les actions de conduite du changement. - Organiser et animer les sessions de formation utilisateurs post déploiement. - Développer l'engagement des populations commerciales autour du programme. - Mettre en place des actions de communication, d'animation et d'accompagnement. - Animer les communautés d'utilisateurs et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques entre pays. - Recueillir les retours terrain et les transformer en plans d'amélioration concrets. Performance & amélioration continue - Suivre les indicateurs de performance. - Analyser les résultats des déploiements et identifier les leviers d'amélioration. - Produire des reportings et synthèses à destination des équipes projet et du management. - Garantir une visibilité régulière sur l'avancement du programme. - Contribuer à l'évolution du dispositif de déploiement au fur et à mesure de son extension internationale.

About the role: The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, helping clients and internal teams transform raw data into meaningful business insights. The role will involve creating enterprise-grade Power BI reporting platforms, and mentoring junior developers to support their technical and professional growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across the full BI lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to development, deployment, optimisation and support. Key duties: Business Intelligence & Reporting Design, develop and maintain enterprise Power BI solutions Design and maintain scalable data models using dimensional modelling and star schema best practices Create intuitive dashboards, reports and visualisations that enable data-driven decision making. Develop and maintain semantic models, datasets, dataflows and Power BI workspaces. Implement best practices for report performance, usability, security and governance.
