L'objectif principal de la mission est de concevoir une expérience utilisateur simple, cohérente et fluide pour les équipes commerciales, opérations et support et également garantir la cohérence des parcours entre Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow et les autres applications de l'écosystème. Au quotidien, vous serez notamment amené à : ·Concevoir user flows, wireframes, maquettes et prototypes sur des parcours multi-systèmes (ITSM / CRM / CPQ …) ·Identifier et réduire les points de friction liés aux changements d'outils, de terminologie, de navigation ou de workflows et porter une attention particulière aux points d'interaction entre D365 et ServiceNow. ·Définir et maintenir les standards UX, patterns et guidelines communs. ·Intégrer l'UX dans les phases de conception et préparation au go-live. ·S'assurer que les interfaces restent cohérentes lors du passage d'un outil à l'autre. ·Challenger les écrans et configurations standards proposés par les éditeurs au regard des besoins et pratiques Métiers. ·Proposer des améliorations UX adaptées aux utilisateurs opérationnels. ·Définir et maintenir des standards UX communs à l'ensemble de l'écosystème et proposer des améliorations en fonction des besoins Métiers. ·Mettre en place un UX checkpoint dans les différentes étapes de conception et de gouvernance du programme.
