About The Role: As our technical IT project coordinator, you will organise and coordinate the delivery of IT services to our ever-expanding customer base. The position is ideal for an experienced Infrastructure Architect with strong customer-facing skills and a proven track record delivering secure enterprise infrastructure solutions. Infrastructure Architect Responsibilities Design and deliver secure, highly resilient infrastructure architectures. Own the technical delivery of infrastructure proposals from design through to implementation. Work closely with customers to define infrastructure requirements and technical solutions. Ensure architectural solutions align with customer strategy and business objectives. Collaborate with security, service, engineering, and project delivery teams. Manage technical change requests and third-party supplier activities. Support successful project delivery, service transition, and operational readiness. Promote Agile delivery practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the architecture function. Infrastructure Architect Skills and Experience Extensive experience designing and implementing secure, large-scale enterprise infrastructure solutions. Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership. Experience defining infrastructure requirements directly with customers. Proven track record delivering production infrastructure implementations through to successful service transition. Experience designing infrastructure solutions that comply with security standards and best practice. Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows enterprise administration, including GPO, Registry, WMI, PowerShell, Windows Update, patch management, and Windows Installer technologies. About the Role: The IT Maintenance Engineer is a hybrid field-based and remote support role based from the Plymouth office, responsible for maintaining, supporting and improving partner technology environments. The role combines proactive maintenance, infrastructure support, end-user support and basic communications engineering. Travel across the south-west of England is required, with a company van provided for business use. Key Responsibilities: Undertake scheduled maintenance visits to partner sites as required. Provide remote IT and communications support via phone, email and remote tools. Perform infrastructure health checks and preventative maintenance activities. Support Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and end-user technologies. Assist with VoIP, internet connectivity and telephony troubleshooting. Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates within HaloPSA. Support project delivery, installations and technology refresh programs. Act as Flotek's on-site technical representative and trusted advisor. Travel Requirements: Regular travel to partner locations as required, primarily from the Plymouth office base, using a company-provided van. Full driving license required. Company van provided for business travel. The van is to be used in line with Flotek company vehicle policies. Occasional overnight stays may be required. About you: Essential Skills & Experience: 3+ years in MSP, Infrastructure, IT Support or Field Engineering. Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting skills. Windows desktop and server support experience. Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. Networking fundamentals including switching, wireless, VLANs and firewalls. Excellent communications and documentation skills. Desirable Skills: VoIP and hosted telephony experience. Experience with Gamma, CallSwicth, and Teams Voice or similar platforms.
