Périmètre de la mission : - Suivi opérationnel des activités et de la qualité de service, gouvernance interne et des infogérants, plan d’amélioration, participation aux instances, suivi des infogérants, identification des axes d’améliorations et suivi des actions de mise en œuvre. - Suivi du portefeuille projets au sein du département. - Préparation et animation des instances de pilotage à destination du comité de direction de la DSI et suivi budgétaire. En parallèle des actions de pilotage, réalisation de la feuille de route d’évolution du Service Infrastructures et des livrables associés : - Organisation du service et des compétences, gestion des sollicitions, - Modèle de delivery des services d’infrastructures (internes et infogérés) et des modèles économiques associés, - Evolution des processus de travail et du modèle de gouvernance du Run en concertation avec les métiers et la Direction informatique, - Roadmap d’évolution entre infrastructures onpremise et Cloud.

Réaliser les formations Utilisateurs Clients (administrateurs et/ou opérateurs) chez les clients prospect Est amené, à effectuer le support après-vente approprié correspondant à nos engagements de service valorisés pour garantir la satisfaction de nos clients post implémentation Répondre aux besoins Client en proposant des Solutions d’impression au travers de remontées d’informations commerciales Contribuer aux performances du service clients en assurant : o Une prestation de qualité, rapide et efficace o La promotion de nos consommables et services associés o Un retour régulier des informations destinées à la facturation o La recherche permanente d’une optimisation des couts d’implémentation Être le garant de la mise en exploitation des configurations d’impressions vendues au client Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de notre prestation de service par un partage spontané de connaissances, de retours d’expériences (Benchmarking) lors de réunions bimestrielles

Démarrage ASAP Mission de longue durée SENIOR TEST ENGINEER What to expect You will be part of a dynamic squad and in charge of building and maintaining automated tests for end-to-end deliveries from customer engagement to operations You will use a range of proven technologies (Selenium, Robot Framework, Jenkins, JIRA X-Ray, Red Hat OpenShift, Docker) with lots of room for experimentation to bring true value to our customers. Key Responsibilities You will participate to the analysis, design, specification, development, benchmarking, and delivery of production software. While doing so, you use your knowledge of testing and testability to influence better software design and promote good engineering practices, such as testability, accessibility, scalability and performance. You will implement automation test frameworks that integrate in a continuous delivery workflow. You will also develop and control a wide variety of automated tests scenarios. You will maintain/troubleshoot the testing infrastructure. You will develop test specifications/test cases/sets of regression tests, for new and enhanced software release of applications. You will supervise test execution and verification/validation phase, follow-up all problems captured/reported, provide input for reports and follow-up change requests.
