Role Description The IT Infrastructure & Systems Manager is a full-time role based in London with a hybrid working arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work from home. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's core IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing system administration, monitoring performance and availability, implementing security best practices, and coordinating backup and disaster recovery processes. The role involves leading and supporting IT operations, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring that systems, applications, and services remain stable and secure.
