Contexte de la mission : Dans le cadre de projets front-end complexes, nous recherchons un Développeur Senior JavaScript spécialisé dans la conception, l'évolution et l'industrialisation de librairies front-end. Le consultant interviendra sur des problématiques de performance, modularité, compatibilité, intégration et industrialisation, avec une forte exigence sur la qualité et la stabilité du code. Il travaillera en collaboration étroite avec les équipes Front-End, Web, Mobile et Exploitation/Ops, dans un environnement Agile. Expertises techniques requises : JavaScript natif * Expertise du JavaScript natif / Vanilla JS, notamment ES6+. * Très bonne compréhension du fonctionnement interne du langage et de ses mécanismes. * Capacité à développer sans dépendre exclusivement de frameworks du marché. Programmation réactive : * Solides références dans l'utilisation de RxJS. * Maîtrise de la gestion de flux de données complexes et asynchrones. Architecture de librairies : * Maîtrise avancée de la gestion des dépendances. * Expertise en matière de modularité et de compatibilité entre différents environnements. * Capacité à concevoir et maintenir des librairies front-end robustes et réutilisables. Industrialisation et Bundling : * Expertise des outils de build et d'optimisation tels que Webpack, Vite et Turbo. * Capacité à produire des bundles légers et performants. * Maîtrise des outils et mécanismes d'optimisation tels que Babel, Uglify, CSSMin et FileRev. Écosystèmes historiques et migration : * Connaissance de RequireJS pour assurer la maintenance ou accompagner la transition de systèmes existants. Tests et qualité logicielle : * Excellente maîtrise des tests unitaires et fonctionnels Front-End. * Pratique confirmée du TDD (Test Driven Development). * Capacité à mettre en place une stratégie de tests garantissant la stabilité et la pérennité des librairies. Standards Web et intégration : * Maîtrise de HTML5 et CSS3. * Attention particulière portée à laperformance du rendu et à l'optimisation des interfaces. Architecture et intégration système : * Bonne compréhension des architectures micro-services. * Bonne maîtrise des principes de conception et de consommation d'API REST. * Capacité à assurer une intégration fluide entre les librairies front-end et les différents backends. Versioning et industrialisation : * Maîtrise experte de Git. * Expérience des workflows complexes, stratégies de branching et problématiques de versioning de librairies. Collaboration et communication : * Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les équipes Front-End, Web et Mobile. * Aptitude à partager et à promouvoir les bonnes pratiques de développement. * Collaboration étroite avec les équipes Exploitation / Ops lors des phases de déploiement et de monitoring. Méthodologie Agile : * Expérience des environnements de travail collaboratifs en méthodologies Agile, notamment Scrum et Kanban. * Forte capacité à échanger et à argumenter autour des choix techniques. Langue : * Maîtrise de l'anglais technique indispensable. Expertises techniques souhaitées : * Expertise Média: une expérience sur des projets impliquant du streaming audio ou vidéo serait fortement appréciée. * Connaissance de technologies telles que dash.js ou hls.js. * Une connaissance de l'écosystème TV, notamment Smart TV et IPTV, constitue un atout majeur. * Expériences significatives sur des problématiques complexes de performance, sécurité et scalabilité. * Sensibilité aux problématiques d'accessibilité. * Expérience ou contribution à un Design System. * Aisance avec les outils collaboratifs tels que Jira et Confluence. Profil recherché : Développeur Senior JavaScript spécialisé Front-End / Librairies, disposant d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience significative dans le domaine. Le profil devra démontrer une expertise particulièrement forte en JavaScript natif, programmation réactive, architecture de librairies, industrialisation, tests et performance Front-End. Une expérience dans des environnements média, streaming, Smart TV ou IPTV constituera un réel atout. Modalités de la prestation : * Niveau d'expertise : Senior * Expérience attendue : au moins 5 ans d'expérience significative dans le type d'expertise demandé. * Présence sur site : minimum 50 % du temps, en fonction des besoins de la prestation. * Le prestataire pourra être amené à effectuer des astreintes ou interventions en soirée et le week-end. Langue : La prestation nécessite un usage principal et permanent du français dans les échanges avec les différentes parties prenantes : documents, réunions, appels téléphoniques et courriers électroniques. Le consultant devra maîtriser parfaitement le français et être capable de rédiger les documents liés à la prestation en français, dans un format éditable.
