Vous travaillerez au cœur de l'optimisation de la conversion et de l'engagement sur la plateforme eCommerce du groupe, qui est internationale. Vous aurez un rôle clé : concevoir, développer et déployer des expérimentations via AB Tasty. Il s'agit de bannières, de popups et d'intégrations dynamiques sur différentes pages du site, avec un fort accent sur la mesure de la performance. Vos principales missions : Développer des tests A/B : créer des variantes en JavaScript vanilla et en CSS, des interfaces dynamiques et interactives, une segmentation et un ciblage avancés, et des campagnes multilingues avec détection automatique de la langue. Intégrer et déployer sur AB Tasty : configurer les tests, gérer les variants, le ciblage et la répartition du trafic. Vous manipulerez le DOM de façon performante et non intrusive, en restant compatible avec l'existant (Vue.js notamment) et avec les APIs en place. Optimiser la performance : debouncing, throttling, cache, suivi du DOM avec MutationObserver, nettoyage des observers et des listeners lors des changements de page. Vous veillerez aussi à la responsivité et à l'accessibilité. Suivre et analyser les résultats : mettre en place le tracking d'événements AB Tasty et un tracking personnalisé avec identification utilisateur. Vous analyserez les résultats d'un point de vue statistique et proposerez des améliorations à partir des données. Documenter et maintenir : rédiger des README détaillés pour chaque campagne (en anglais), faire évoluer les campagnes existantes, déboguer et assurer la compatibilité entre navigateurs.
