IT Support Engineer Our Client is an established bank based in Central London. They are looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst with at least 5 plus years of 1 and 2 level hands-on expertise of working within IT Support and Infrastructure from a banking environment. The following are list of skills required for the position: · Microsoft Windows (all versions) experience to a high level (troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues by research/using knowledge bases in a confident way). · Active Directory to a high level - security groups, administration/deployment, LDAP, ADSI. · Citrix XenApps – Administration, Maintenance and Support of existing Citrix XenApps server farm · Windows Server Environment 2012/2016 - design, deployment, maintenance and support. · VM-Ware virtualisation environments. · Backups (various and ability to use different applications). · Networking - design/troubleshoot/installation (VLAN, routing, switching, TCP/IP and OSI) · Router maintenance - wireless configuration, installation and setups. · PowerShell to a competent level (backup/azure/EMC). · VPN Administration and Deployment. · DNS – administration of DNS internal and external. Experience of supporting Market Data and Bloomberg would be a great plus. The salary for this position with be circa £40K - £50K. Server Tooling and Orchestration Specialist - Remote - Outside IR35 Must have or be eligible to obtain SC Clearance The role combines hands-on SCORCH runbook development and troubleshooting with PowerShell automation and integrations across ServiceNow, SCOM, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. This position is suited to an experienced SCORCH specialist who understands enterprise automation and is comfortable taking ownership of critical production services within an ITIL-aligned environment. Server Tooling and Orchestration Specialist Responsibilities Administer, support and maintain Microsoft System Center Orchestrator (SCORCH) environments. Maintain the availability, health, performance and resilience of production and non-production SCORCH platforms. Design, maintain, test, deploy and optimise SCORCH runbooks. Develop and support PowerShell-based automation workflows for request fulfilment and operational automation. Diagnose failed automations, integration failures and workflow errors. Produce and maintain operational documentation, runbook guidance, knowledge articles and support procedures. Deliver changes in line with ITIL processes, security controls, SLAs and agreed change windows. Desirable Experience of ServiceNow Integration experience Experience with Kelverion Integration Packs would be advantageous. Experience with SQL Always On Availability Groups, Hyper-V Replica or highly available SCORCH architectures would be beneficial. VMware PowerCLI, virtualisation, hybrid Data Centre or wider infrastructure automation experience would be advantageous.
