Contexte du poste : Implantée au cœur de la Bretagne, notre entreprise familiale se spécialise dans le secteur de l'environnement, en particulier dans la valorisation et le traitement des déchets et métaux, misant sur des technologies à la pointe. Nos activités s'étendent sur plus de 22 sites pour un effectif groupe de 600 collaborateurs. Actuellement, nous nous engageons pleinement dans une transformation digitale, faisant face à de nombreux projets simultanés. Vous rejoindrez une équipe composée de cinq experts, dédiée à garantir le fonctionnement optimal de nos outils applicatifs métiers, en particulier notre ERP. Ce recrutement intervient dans le cadre du remplacement d'un chef de projet essentiel à la bonne marche de notre stratégie digitale. Intégrer notre équipe en tant que Chef de projets Assistance Applicatifs Métiers, c'est participer activement à des projets variés et stimulants tout en étant un acteur clé de l'innovation au sein de notre organisation. Missions : - Assurer la bonne utilisation de notre ERP ainsi que des applicatifs comme Salesforce et TMS Qargo. - Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques et non techniques pour garantir la résolution efficace des problèmes. - Gérer des projets d'évolution applicative : nouvelles fonctionnalités, intégration de solutions, et harmonisation des pratiques. - Former et sensibiliser les équipes internes à l'utilisation des solutions applicatives. - Veiller à l'exactitude des documents méthodologiques et des guides d'utilisation. - Suivre de près les évolutions réglementaires et technologiques et assurer leur intégration.

Dans le cadre de son domaine Sales, Communication & Investment Solutions (SCIS), notre client lance une initiative stratégique majeure visant à concevoir et développer une nouvelle génération de Portail Client. L'objectif est de fournir aux clients institutionnels et aux distributeurs une plateforme digitale sécurisée, évolutive et intégrée, permettant notamment l'accès aux informations de portefeuille, aux documents, aux reportings, aux services d'onboarding, aux communications et aux informations liées aux investissements. Ce portail a vocation à devenir un composant clé de l'écosystème digital et de la stratégie de gestion de la relation client. Le portail s'appuiera sur Optimizely CMS comme plateforme principale de front-end et de gestion de contenu, intégrée à plusieurs systèmes d'entreprise, notamment Salesforce, des services de gestion des identités, des API, des référentiels documentaires et des plateformes de reporting. Afin de renforcer son équipe de delivery, notre client recherche un Développeur Front-End expérimenté spécialisé sur Optimizely CMS.

IT Support Technician – UK Our Client is an Entertainment, a live entertainment platform that owns and operates over 100 major music festivals in the UK, Europe and Australia. They are looking to hire an IT Support Technician to work within the UK division of the business. This role offers a self-starting candidate the ability to support a dynamic and fast-growing business, with future opportunities for personal development and career growth within the group. The IT Support Technician will report to the Director of Information Technology, and will support users both at global head office in Central London and in our operating businesses across the UK. The role will be instrumental in ensuring that users benefit from the highest standards of service, including with regards to information security, system availability and change management. Our current core tech stack consists of MS365 + Azure AD, box.com, Airtable, Zoom (+ Zoom Phone), Slack and Salesforce and we support user access to Google Workspace together with various other line of business products. Prior experience administering Azure Active Directory tenancies would be particularly valuable, together with exposure to deployment and maintenance of security tools such as endpoint management and anti-virus. We support both Windows and Mac devices and our users access our services both on corporate machines and BYOD. We are 100% cloud native with no on-premises systems. Specific tasks will include: First line support for users both in person and via support channels. Resolve or escalate issues Hardware setup and configuration, patching and upgrades Support audio-visual / conference room equipment and printers Monitoring and maintaining local networking equipment such as access points, firewalls etc Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of our backup Infrastructure, including laptops and relevant server(s) and other designated cloud backup locations. Provide timely report to senior management on progress of dedicated tasks, or on-going activities. Configuration and monitoring of core systems Administration for IT processes such as: Support ticketing Equipment inventories Hardware purchases, repairs and disposals Joiner-Mover-Leaver process Managing license count Assisting with change projects such as data migration, office reconfiguration and platform or service changes Personal Attributes: Detail and precision in aspects of approach to tasks Ability to prioritise conflicting workflows Team player, ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users and senior management Excellent presentation and time keeping Experience 3 years experience in equivalent setting Microsoft Office 2019+ support essential Mac (iOS) support exposure desirable Exposure to endpoint device management systems desirable S Azure support essential Good documentation and analytical skills, with a passion for end-user satisfaction.
