Vos missions Leadership & Coaching Agile Agir en tant que facilitateur et coach pour les équipes Agile, en les accompagnant dans l'adoption des bonnes pratiques Scrum et Agile. Animation et coordination des équipes Organiser et animer les cérémonies Agile (daily, sprint planning, reviews, rétrospectives) et assurer une bonne dynamique d'équipe. Amélioration continue Accompagner les équipes vers plus d'autonomie, de performance et d'efficacité, en favorisant la collaboration et la transparence. Gestion des dépendances et des priorités Travailler étroitement avec les Product Owners et les parties prenantes pour définir les priorités et assurer l'alignement des objectifs. Suppression des obstacles Identifier et lever les blocages impactant la progression des équipes. Suivi de la capacité et des livrables Piloter la capacité de l'équipe et suivre l'avancement des livraisons, notamment dans le cadre de plans trimestriels. Transformation Agile Contribuer activement à la transition de l'organisation vers des méthodologies Agile et promouvoir cette culture au sein de l'entreprise. Gestion de projet Assurer le pilotage de projets dans le périmètre Agile (planning, ressources, coordination avec les autres équipes). Profil recherché Expérience confirmée en tant que Scrum Master et/ou Project Manager en environnement Agile Bonne compréhension du cycle de vie des projets IT Expérience dans le secteur bancaire ou financier (fort atout) Certification Scrum Master obligatoire Maîtrise des outils Agile : JIRA, Confluence, Miro… Excellentes compétences en communication, facilitation et gestion des parties prenantes Anglais courant exigé (le français est un plus) 👉 Atout majeur : Expérience avec les solutions Temenos (Triple A / TAP)

Dans un environnement de production critique lié à la gestion d'équipements réseaux (accès et routage), vous intervenez en tant que Référent Système N3. Votre mission est de piloter l'évolution et la sécurisation des infrastructures de supervision. Vos missions principales s'articulent autour du Build et du Run : Pilotage de Mini-Projets (Build) : Concevoir et réaliser les stratégies de migration pour traiter l'obsolescence système (authentification, logs, bastions d'accès). Desktop Support Analyst – Bank in the City London Our Client is an International Bank with its European Head Office based int eh City London. They are looking to recruit a Desktop Support Analyst with at least 5 to 8 years proven expertise within Desktop Support. The Support team operate a rota to cover the core hours from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. You will be working as a part of the Service Support Team and as such providing Desktop Support to around 130 users across several countries in Europe with the bulk in the City London. This position will require you to have experience in hardware builds for both PC's and Servers along with software installations and upgrades. It will also include login permissions along with training users in the use of software. The focus of the role will be to take control of all issues and problems raised by users and ensure that they are clearly documented and followed up with the appropriate action to resolve them within the Support Team. The Client uses Cisco and Microsoft platforms so you need to have experience of both Cisco and Microsoft software.
