Senior Service Architect Must have an Active DV Clearance Work closely with solution, engineering, security and test teams to ensure Service Management requirements are embedded throughout the solution lifecycle. Senior Service Architect Responsibilities Own and author Service Design collateral, including HLDs, BPMN models, processes, procedures and compliance statements. Review Service Design documentation produced by peers and ensure appropriate quality standards are maintained. Undertake Service Management impact assessments across service and technology designs. Map customer requirements and demonstrate compliance against agreed outcomes. Facilitate service readiness and operational acceptance activities. Perform Service Transition and Exit Management activities. Support the through-life management of services and technologies. Identify and escalate service risks and issues to the appropriate domain lead. Work with the overall Solution Owner and influence solution design to improve service stability, supportability and efficiency. Contribute to wider disciplines including Test and Security. Senior Service Architect Skills and Experience Strong Service Architecture and Service Management experience within complex technology environments. Strong knowledge of ITIL and ISO 20000 Service Management frameworks. Detailed understanding of ITIL processes, ITSM tooling and Enterprise Management tooling. Strong knowledge of Service Management concepts, techniques and service lifecycle principles. Experience producing HLDs and detailed Service Design documentation. Strong process and architecture modelling experience using UML and BPMN. Knowledge and experience of SIAM operating models. Experience with requirements mapping, compliance and Service Management impact assessments. Experience supporting Service Transition, Exit Management and operational readiness. Understanding of PRINCE2 and Agile programme and project delivery frameworks. Commercial understanding of schedules and Statements of Work. Dans le cadre du pilotage d'un portefeuille de projets stratégiques, nous recherchons un PMO Senior chargé d'accompagner les directions métiers et IT dans la gouvernance, le suivi et le pilotage des projets et programmes. Il garantit la visibilité sur l'avancement des initiatives, le respect des engagements en matière de coûts, délais et qualité, ainsi que la production des indicateurs nécessaires à la prise de décision. Le PMO intervient de manière transverse auprès des chefs de projet, responsables de programme et instances de gouvernance afin d'assurer une coordination efficace des activités et une gestion optimale des ressources. Missions principalesPiloter le suivi opérationnel d'un portefeuille de projets ou de programmes. Élaborer et maintenir les plannings consolidés, feuilles de route et plans de charge. Assurer le suivi budgétaire (prévisions, consommés, reste à faire, écarts). Produire les reportings, tableaux de bord et indicateurs de pilotage à destination des directions. Suivre les ressources et contribuer à l'optimisation des capacités d'affectation. Identifier les risques, alerter sur les dérives et proposer des plans d'actions. Garantir le respect des méthodologies, processus et bonnes pratiques de gestion de projet. Préparer et animer les instances de gouvernance (COPIL, comités projets, revues de portefeuille). Participer à l'élaboration et au suivi des schémas directeurs ainsi qu'à leur déclinaison en feuilles de route opérationnelles. Assurer la coordination entre les différentes parties prenantes afin de garantir la bonne exécution des projets. Compétences attenduesSolide expérience en PMO, pilotage de portefeuille ou gouvernance de projets. Maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile, Cycle en V, Prince2, PMI...). Excellente maîtrise du pilotage budgétaire, du suivi des plannings et de la gestion des risques. Expérience dans la production de KPI, tableaux de bord et reportings de direction. Très bonne maîtrise d'Excel et de PowerPoint. Bonne connaissance d'outils de gestion de projets tels que Planisware, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Clarity PPM ou Power BI. Capacité à coordonner plusieurs projets en parallèle dans un environnement complexe.
