Contexte Dans le cadre de projets de construction complexes, nous recherchons un Planificateur Construction Primavera P6 afin d'assurer le pilotage des délais et le suivi d'avancement des opérations. Le consultant interviendra sur des projets techniques majeurs organisés en lots séparés et impliquant la coordination de nombreux intervenants, corps d'état et systèmes techniques. Rattaché aux équipes projets et travaux, il sera garant de la qualité des plannings, de l'analyse des écarts et de la maîtrise des délais tout au long du cycle de vie des projets. Le poste évolue dans un environnement international nécessitant des échanges quotidiens en anglais avec des managers, collaborateurs et équipes basées à l'étranger. Missions principales Planification • Élaborer et structurer les plannings projets sous Primavera P6 • Définir les activités, jalons, dépendances et chemins critiques • Construire les scénarios de planification et de séquencement des travaux • Assurer la cohérence des plannings entre les différents lots et intervenants • Garantir la bonne intégration des contraintes techniques et opérationnelles Suivi d'avancement • Mettre à jour les plannings en fonction de l'avancement réel des travaux • Mesurer les écarts entre prévisionnel et réalisé • Identifier les dérives planning et analyser leurs impacts • Proposer des actions correctives et des scénarios de rattrapage • Assurer le suivi des jalons contractuels et des échéances clés Coordination projet • Participer aux réunions d'avancement projet • Collecter les données auprès des équipes travaux et des responsables de lots • Assurer la coordination entre les différentes parties prenantes • Suivre les interfaces entre les différents corps d'état et systèmes techniques • Accompagner les équipes projet dans l'analyse des risques et dépendances Reporting et pilotage • Produire les reportings d'avancement • Élaborer les indicateurs de suivi et tableaux de bord • Présenter les analyses planning aux équipes projet et à la direction • Assurer le suivi des risques, points bloquants et plans d'actions • Participer aux comités de pilotage et réunions de coordination internationales
Pour un acteur majeur du secteur industriel de haute technologie, nous recherchons un PMO Senior afin d'accompagner le pilotage d'un programme complexe à forte visibilité. Le consultant interviendra auprès des équipes projet pour assurer le suivi des plannings, des coûts, des risques et des indicateurs de performance. Il contribuera à la coordination des différentes parties prenantes et à la production des reportings destinés au management du programme. Le profil recherché dispose d'une solide expérience en gestion de projet et PMO dans des environnements industriels exigeants. Une maîtrise confirmée des outils Primavera P6 et SAP est indispensable. Une expérience sur des programmes industriels complexes, idéalement dans les secteurs de l'aéronautique, de la défense, de l'énergie ou des infrastructures, sera fortement appréciée.
