Concevoir et développer des agents IA : - Concevoir, développer et faire évoluer des agents avec Copilot Studio : topics, actions/tools, orchestration via Power Automate, gestion du contexte conversationnel. - Connecter les agents aux services et données Microsoft 365 : SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, ainsi qu'aux systèmes métiers via connecteurs et API. - Intervenir sur des phases de POC, de tests et d'itérations jusqu'à obtenir des agents fiables, performants et exploitables en production. - Mettre en place les mécanismes de fiabilité : grounding, tests, garde-fous, supervision des conversations et amélioration continue. - Participer à des ateliers pratiques, démonstrations, formations ou hackathons pour accompagner l'appropriation des agents par les utilisateur·ices. Aller vers l'industrialisation : - Appliquer et contribuer à faire évoluer les bonnes pratiques de déploiement des agents (ALM, environnements, gouvernance, sécurité). - Participer à la structuration des environnements Power Platform et à la qualité globale des livraisons. - Prendre part aux phases de tests, de recette et de stabilisation des solutions livrées. - Documenter les solutions livrées pour en faciliter l'usage, la maintenance et les évolutions futures. - Sensibiliser les équipes client·es aux enjeux de gouvernance, de conformité et de responsible AI. Contexte de la missionDans le cadre d'un programme stratégique de transformation de son système d'information Finance, une grande organisation nationale engage la modernisation de plusieurs applications historiques et leur migration vers Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). Ce programme de transformation pluriannuel vise à faire évoluer en profondeur l'écosystème applicatif Finance, en remplaçant progressivement plusieurs solutions existantes, notamment développées sous .NET, par une architecture moderne reposant davantage sur les standards Microsoft Dynamics 365. Les principaux objectifs du programme sont de : moderniser et rationaliser l'architecture applicative Finance ; harmoniser les processus métiers et les pratiques entre les différentes équipes ; réduire la dette technique liée aux applications historiques ; renforcer l'intégration du SI Finance avec les autres domaines fonctionnels ; privilégier autant que possible les fonctionnalités standards de Dynamics 365 afin de limiter les développements spécifiques ; accompagner la transformation vers un environnement Cloud Microsoft ; inscrire les projets Finance dans une organisation Agile à grande échelle. Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons un Chef de Projet / Expert Dynamics 365 Finance capable de prendre en charge le pilotage de la migration, depuis les phases de cadrage et d'analyse de l'existant jusqu'au déploiement et à l'accompagnement des utilisateurs. Missions et responsabilités1. Pilotage global du projet de migrationVous assurez le pilotage du projet de migration vers Dynamics 365 Finance de bout en bout. À ce titre, vous serez notamment chargé(e) de : construire et suivre le planning global du projet ; estimer et suivre les charges ; identifier les dépendances entre les différents chantiers ; anticiper et piloter les risques projet ; suivre les actions, décisions et points de blocage ; produire les différents reportings à destination des responsables du programme ; coordonner les équipes techniques, fonctionnelles et les représentants des métiers Finance ; organiser et animer les comités de pilotage, comités projet et ateliers de cadrage ; assurer une communication claire entre l'ensemble des parties prenantes ; arbitrer ou faire arbitrer les problématiques susceptibles d'avoir un impact sur les délais, les coûts ou la qualité du projet. Le consultant devra être capable d'évoluer dans un environnement impliquant de nombreux interlocuteurs et de maintenir une vision globale du projet tout en maîtrisant les problématiques fonctionnelles et techniques. 2. Analyse de l'existant et cadrage de la cible D365Une part importante de la mission concerne la compréhension de l'écosystème applicatif existant et la préparation de sa transformation vers Dynamics 365 Finance. Vous devrez : cartographier les applications existantes ; identifier les fonctionnalités couvertes par les différentes solutions ; analyser les interfaces et les flux entre les applications ; comprendre les processus Finance actuellement supportés par les applications historiques ; réaliser les analyses FIT/GAP entre les fonctionnalités existantes et le standard Dynamics 365 Finance ; déterminer les besoins pouvant être couverts nativement par D365 ; identifier les éventuels écarts nécessitant une extension ou une personnalisation ; challenger les demandes spécifiques des métiers afin de privilégier le standard lorsque cela est pertinent ; contribuer à la définition de l'architecture fonctionnelle et technique cible. L'objectif est de ne pas reproduire systématiquement l'existant dans D365, mais de profiter de la migration pour rationaliser les processus et limiter les développements spécifiques. 3. Expertise fonctionnelle FinanceLe poste nécessite une très bonne compréhension des processus Finance afin de pouvoir dialoguer directement avec les équipes métiers et la MOA. Le consultant devra notamment maîtriser les problématiques liées à : la comptabilité générale ; la comptabilité auxiliaire ; la gestion des immobilisations ; la gestion budgétaire ; les processus achats ; les processus ventes ; les clôtures comptables. Cette expertise doit permettre de comprendre les besoins métiers, de les challenger et de déterminer leur traduction dans Dynamics 365 Finance. 4. Conception et stratégie de migrationVous participerez à la définition et au pilotage de la stratégie de migration fonctionnelle et technique. Vos responsabilités couvriront notamment : la définition de l'approche de migration ; l'identification des données et fonctionnalités à reprendre ; la rédaction et/ou la validation des spécifications fonctionnelles ; la validation des spécifications techniques ; la définition des règles de transformation des données ; la définition des règles de reprise et de contrôle ; la coordination des différents intervenants participant à la migration ; le suivi des développements et extensions nécessaires. Vous devrez également veiller au respect des standards et bonnes pratiques Microsoft dans la conception de la solution. 5. Dynamics 365 Finance & environnement MicrosoftUne expertise réelle de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations est attendue. Le consultant devra maîtriser les principaux modules Finance de D365 et comprendre les possibilités offertes par la plateforme afin de pouvoir orienter les choix de conception. Il devra également disposer de connaissances sur : Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ; les modules Finance D365 ; les extensions et développements X++ ; les mécanismes de migration de données ; DMF – Data Management Framework ; les approches ETL et scripts de migration ; Power Platform ; Power Apps ; Power Automate ; les problématiques d'intégration entre D365 et les autres composants du système d'information. Il n'est pas uniquement attendu un profil de pilotage : la personne doit disposer d'une profondeur fonctionnelle et technique suffisante sur D365 Finance pour challenger les solutions proposées et sécuriser les choix du projet. 6. Tests et assurance qualitéLe consultant sera responsable de la coordination de la stratégie de tests associée à la migration. Il interviendra notamment sur : la définition de la stratégie globale de tests ; l'organisation des tests unitaires ; les tests d'intégration ; les tests utilisateurs / UAT ; les campagnes de non-régression ; la préparation et la coordination des différentes campagnes ; le suivi des anomalies ; la priorisation des corrections ; le contrôle de la résolution des anomalies avant mise en production. L'objectif sera de garantir la stabilité et la conformité fonctionnelle de la solution avant son déploiement. 7. Déploiement et conduite du changementLe consultant accompagnera également les phases de déploiement et de transition vers la nouvelle solution.
