IT Infrastructure Team Lead Our Client has a great opportunity to play a key role as an IT Infrastructure Team Leader. You will be leading a team of highly skilled infrastructure professionals, third party management and will have responsibility for all infrastructure services. This covers network, hosting, and server infrastructure (on-premises and cloud). As IT Infrastructure Team Leader, you will have highly developed leadership skills, strong technical IT infrastructure skills and have proven experience effectively delivering infrastructure projects. We are looking for an Infrastructure Team Leader with at least 5 to 7 years proven hands-on expertise who has knowledge managing & improving technologies, security, and compliance for internal led standards. Main Accountabilities Responsible for managing, mentoring, and developing a team of highly skilled 3rd line infrastructure engineers, ensuring a high performing team Work closely with the IT management team, 3rd parties, and business and product owners to deliver efficient infrastructure services, ensuring excellent working relationships exist and the department benefits from collaborative working and the sharing of knowledge Management, administration, and operational support of the infrastructure Contribute to the effective governance of project deliverables to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and adhere to the IT Infrastructure roadmaps and architectural strategy Managing Incidents and Requests in line with agreed SLA's/OLA's Providing a first point of escalation for the team in respect of service/delivery issues Proactive incident, problem, change and configuration management Management of resources ensuring adequate cover is maintained to deliver the existing support requirements Ensuring effective DR/BCP plans exist to deliver the required RPOs and RTOs for all infrastructure services, including regular testing Managing effective and value adding third party relationships. Key Requirements Proven experience of supporting a large 24x7 operations, and experience of leading a multi-skilled team through change and transition Technically delivered a Cloud migration project Exceptional people management skills to inspire and motivate a team of highly technical specialists Managing internal and third-party resources as required to plan, design, build and run the enterprise IT infrastructure Experience of delivering infrastructure changes within a fast paced, high frequency change environment An excellent understanding of enterprise best practice infrastructure management, including use of automation/orchestration, monitoring, and logging Previous experience working in mixed on-premises/cloud environments e.g., Azure/AWS Working knowledge of information security threats and the best way to prevent them Minimum ITIL V3 Foundation certified and significant experience in ITIL aligned environments Excellent stakeholder management experience Have a broad understanding of relevant technologies and the opportunities they provide to enhance our service offerings – examples are: Microsoft based server infrastructures and back-office technologies Linux/open-source technologies Experience of delivering solutions using a mix of on premise, hybrid and SaaS, PaaS and IaaS models Virtualisation technologies Data Centre and Edge Networking Infrastructure and Endpoint security technologies Office 365 and Microsoft Azure Scripting, PowerShell, Ansible The Client is based in Paddington London. Le consultant rejoindra une équipe QA dédiée à l'écosystème Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) afin de garantir la qualité constante des livrables. Une attention particulière est portée à l'automatisation des tests (Playwright) dans une optique d'amélioration de la qualité du produit. Vous concevrez, développerez et exécuterez des scénarios de test tout en collaborant étroitement avec les développeurs et les Product Owners. Objectif principal du poste / mission : Notre mission consiste à défendre la qualité de nos produits et services et à améliorer continuellement nos processus et outils afin d'apporter de la valeur à nos clients. Nous avons investi très tôt dans des capacités d'automatisation ; nous visons une efficacité accrue et délibérée en adoptant une approche de bout en bout au sein de nos équipes. Nous souhaitons que notre communauté de test et d'assurance qualité (QA) se concentre sur quatre piliers : • Promouvoir une culture de la qualité axée sur le « shift left » (intégration précoce), en veillant à ce que la stratégie de test soit pleinement intégrée au cycle de livraison du produit, en anticipant les cas limites et les critères d'acceptation, et en favorisant l'approche dite des « 3 Amigos ». • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de test et de QA robustes de bout en bout, afin de prendre en compte la transversalité et l'interdépendance de notre écosystème, de maximiser la fiabilité de nos produits tout en permettant une gestion des mises en production à haute fréquence. • Adopter une culture fondée sur les données en favorisant une transparence totale concernant les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) des tests, notamment la couverture fonctionnelle ainsi que les métriques d'automatisation et d'exécution. • Établir une solide communauté de pratique QA pour garantir que les meilleures pratiques et méthodes de travail soient partagées avec nos partenaires internes et externes, contribuant ainsi à renforcer la culture de la qualité au sein d'Edenred. Notre environnement technique de test repose sur Jira X-Ray pour la documentation et l'exécution des scénarios de test. Pour l'automatisation, nous utilisons Playwright (TypeScript) afin de générer des scénarios de test (API et Web). Nous facilitons la création de tests grâce au MCP de Playwright, en tirant parti de la puissance de GitHub Copilot. Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes : Gestion des activités qualité : élaborer la stratégie de test de l'équipe et définir les meilleures pratiques qualité en collaboration avec votre équipe Scrum. Concevoir, développer et maintenir des scripts de tests automatisés pour les applications Salesforce à l'aide de Playwright, en adoptant une approche fondée sur les risques. Collaborer avec le Product Owner pour challenger les User Stories et les critères d'acceptation associés, tout en favorisant une approche « shift-left » et en identifiant les cas limites (edge cases). Être à l'aise dans un environnement de livraison à haute fréquence et faire preuve de solides compétences en matière de priorisation et de prise de décision fondée sur les risques. Être capable d'analyser en autonomie des problèmes fonctionnels et techniques (API, logs, microservices) et de prendre en main la qualité au sein de votre périmètre. Exploiter Jira Xray et la suite Atlassian pour la planification et l'exécution des tests. Utiliser Playwright et le langage TypeScript pour la rédaction des scripts de test. Communication transversale : communiquer efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe et les parties prenantes, au-delà des frontières géographiques et linguistiques.
