Au sein de la Direction Technique des Systèmes d'Information de notre client, vous rejoindrez le pôle Architecture, Intégration & Déploiement en tant qu'Intégrateur d'Applications Métiers. Votre rôle sera d'assurer l'intégration des applications et des infrastructures, depuis les phases projets jusqu'à leur mise en production, dans un environnement mêlant infrastructures on-premise, Cloud Microsoft Azure et solutions SaaS. Vos principales missions : Intégrer les applications métiers dans le système d'information de l'entreprise. Participer à la conception des architectures techniques (On-Premise, Azure, SaaS, Power Platform). Rédiger et maintenir les documents d'architecture technique (DAT, DSTI). Définir les prérequis d'infrastructure et accompagner les premiers déploiements. Participer aux comités de mise en production. Assurer l'intégration des solutions dans le respect des standards d'architecture. Collaborer avec les équipes systèmes, réseaux, sécurité et responsables applicatifs. Contribuer aux projets autour du SSO, Active Directory, ADFS, gMSA et des mécanismes d'authentification. Participer à l'automatisation et à l'industrialisation des déploiements. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement technique moderne avec de nombreuses interactions entre les équipes infrastructure, cloud et développement. Dans le cadre de la croissance de mon client, je recherche un(e) Administrateur(trice) de la Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information (ASSI) pour renforcer leur posture de sécurité, accompagner les projets et soutenir l'exploitation de leur feuille de route cybersécurité. Job Title: IT Maintenance Engineer Location: Plymouth office and field based, supporting partner locations as required Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day, 40 hours per week within our opening hours of 8am - 6pm with a 30-minute lunch. About the Role: The IT Maintenance Engineer is a hybrid field-based and remote support role based from the Plymouth office, responsible for maintaining, supporting and improving partner technology environments. The role combines proactive maintenance, infrastructure support, end-user support and basic communications engineering. Travel across the south-west of England is required, with a company van provided for business use. Key Responsibilities: Undertake scheduled maintenance visits to partner sites as required. Provide remote IT and communications support via phone, email and remote tools. Perform infrastructure health checks and preventative maintenance activities. Support Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and end-user technologies. Assist with VoIP, internet connectivity and telephony troubleshooting. Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates within HaloPSA. Support project delivery, installations and technology refresh programs. Act as Flotek's on-site technical representative and trusted advisor. Travel Requirements: Regular travel to partner locations as required, primarily from the Plymouth office base, using a company-provided van. Full driving license required. Company van provided for business travel. The van is to be used in line with Flotek company vehicle policies. Occasional overnight stays may be required. About you: Essential Skills & Experience: 3+ years in MSP, Infrastructure, IT Support or Field Engineering. Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting skills. Windows desktop and server support experience. Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. Networking fundamentals including switching, wireless, VLANs and firewalls. Excellent communications and documentation skills. Desirable Skills: VoIP and hosted telephony experience. Experience with Gamma, CallSwicth, and Teams Voice or similar platforms.
