Dans le cadre du renforcement de plusieurs équipes projets, nous recherchons des Développeurs Full Stack Java / React afin d'intervenir chez nos clients grands comptes, notamment dans le secteur des mutuelles, basés à Niort. Selon les missions, vous interviendrez sur des applications métiers à forts enjeux, dans des contextes de maintenance évolutive, de transformation du système d'information ou de nouveaux développements. Vous serez intégré(e) à des équipes projets en environnement agile et collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes métiers, techniques et les chefs de projet, tout en contribuant activement à la conception, au développement et à l'amélioration continue des solutions mises en place. Vos principales responsabilités seront notamment : Réaliser les développements et les documenter S'appuyer sur les socles techniques et les bonnes pratiques existantes Participer à la conception technique et proposer des solutions adaptées Implémenter, tester et maintenir les fonctionnalités Préparer les livrables et assurer les déploiements sur les environnements Corriger les anomalies et garantir la qualité des développements Assurer le versioning du code (Git) Réaliser des requêtes SQL selon les besoins Participer aux rituels agiles (daily, démo, rétrospective…) Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques La missions est basée à Niort, avec 3 jours minimum de présence sur site par semaine, après phase d'intégration en full présentiel de 4 semaines.
