Technical Project Manager -Financial / Banking - Hybrid - Outside IR35 DO NOT APPLY WITH NO FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE AS YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED You will drive Agile delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder engagement. The position is ideal for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong delivery leadership, technical understanding, and enterprise programme management experience. Technical Project Manager Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology programmes and product releases across multiple teams and business domains. Develop and manage integrated project plans, release plans, milestones, budgets, and delivery schedules. Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver scalable technology solutions. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and cross-team planning sessions. Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and escalations (RAID), ensuring timely mitigation and executive visibility. Coordinate release planning, testing, operational readiness, deployment, and post-release support activities. Monitor delivery KPIs and programme metrics to improve execution and reporting. Ensure compliance with technology governance, security, and operational standards. Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence across technical teams. Communicate programme progress, risks, and delivery status to senior stakeholders and executive leadership. Technical Project Manager Skills and Experience Proven experience delivering large-scale technology programmes and projects within complex enterprise environments. Minimum five years' experience in Technology Programme or Project Management. Experience delivering cross-functional technology initiatives. Experience with the American Express (AMEX) ecosystem is preferred. Strong experience managing end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies including Scrum and SAFe. Experience managing integrated project planning, release planning, testing, deployment, operational readiness, and business change. Strong RAID management experience covering risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and escalations. Experience delivering technology modernisation, platform transformation, cloud migration, or legacy system decommissioning projects. Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles, enterprise architecture, systems integration, and technology delivery. Experience working with multiple technical teams and cross-functional delivery squads. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Experience using Jira, Rally, and Confluence or similar Agile delivery tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities. Experience using automation or AI-enabled tools to improve programme reporting and delivery visibility would be advantageous. Network Operations Engineer - WAN & BGP and Linux or Kubernetes Must have an Active DV Clearance Can be located in London, Farnborough or Corsham You will work across traditional networking and cloud-native technologies, maintaining air-gapped Kubernetes environments, improving network performance, and driving automation across critical platforms. The position is ideal for an experienced Network Operations Engineer with strong networking, Kubernetes, and Linux expertise who enjoys solving complex technical challenges within secure environments. Network Operations Engineer Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and optimise secure cloud platform network infrastructure. Support air-gapped Kubernetes environments and maintain secure cross-cluster communications. Implement network changes that improve reliability, resilience, security, and performance. Troubleshoot complex networking and platform issues across cloud-native environments. Support Layer 2 to Layer 7 networking technologies, BGP, and multi-tenant WAN environments. Develop and maintain automation to improve operational efficiency and platform scalability. Work closely with engineering teams to support production Kubernetes workloads. Participate in an on-call support rota and resolve operational incidents. Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. Network Operations Engineer Skills and Experience Essential: Active DV Clearance. Strong experience supporting WAN and BGP secure network operations within enterprise environments. Experience supporting Linux systems administration or Kubernetes Desirable - must have at 2-3 of the below: Experience with IP networking, Layer 2 to Layer 7 protocols and multi-tenant WAN environments Air-gapped Kubernetes environments and cross-cluster networking. Good understanding of Kubernetes networking concepts and production Kubernetes platforms. Experience with CNI technologies such as Cilium and Service Mesh technologies such as Istio would be advantageous. Experience with MPLS Layer 3 VPNs or cloud-native networking technologies is desirable. Experience automating infrastructure using Git, Bash, or Python. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience working within telecommunications or highly secure operational environments. Security Platform Engineer Responsibilities Design, deploy, configure, and manage cloud security platforms and tooling. Implement and maintain SIEM, IDS, and IPS technologies. Develop security monitoring, logging, and detection capabilities across Kubernetes environments.
