This is an opportunity to join a growing software business where you'll become an important part of a small engineering team building SaaS products used by organisations across the public sector. Rather than being one developer in a large development function, you'll have exposure across the full software development lifecycle and genuine input into the software being built. The company takes a pragmatic approach to modern software engineering and actively encourages the sensible use of AI-assisted development tools. You do not need experience with specific AI platforms; an interest in how they can improve development workflows, alongside the ability to validate and challenge their output, is what matters most. This role would suit a developer who has built strong foundations in .NET development and is now looking for an environment that offers ownership, visibility, collaboration and plenty of opportunity for continued growth.
