Dans le cadre des développements de la plateforme IA Groupe de notre client, nous recherchons un(e) Tech Lead AI Engineer, avec une forte expertise agentique dans le cadre d'une mission à pourvoir ASAP à Guyancourt (78). Votre rôle sera de travailler à la réalisation de solution Agentique et l'exploration de solution IA pour répondre à des problématiques métiers. Il est attendu du profil une autonomie sur ses projets à adresser et la capacité à interagir en direct avec des équipes métiers. Contexte : plateforme IA mutualisée multi-cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), pilotée par une AI Gateway et une couche agentique LangGraph/LangChain, sous exigences de souveraineté et de conformité (RGPD, EU AI Act, Cloud Act). Missions : - Ingénierie et architecture agentique : conception et mise en production de systèmes multi-agents en Python (LangGraph/LangChain : gestion d'état, cycles de réflexion, RAG), standardisation MCP et A2A - Gouvernance agentique : cadre de conception et de validation des agents (niveaux d'autonomie, human-in-the-loop, guardrails, identités machines Entra ID / OBO / SPIFFE, traçabilité EU AI Act) - LLMOps & observabilité : pipelines d'évaluation, versioning des prompts et modèles, traces et métriques LLM (Langfuse, OpenTelemetry), détection de dérive qualité/coûts, FinOps
Au sein de l'équipe Compute & Storage d'un grand compte, le consultant intervient en expertise sur les plateformes OpenStack du client. La mission couvre à la fois le MCO et le build : maintien en condition opérationnelle des plateformes existantes (compute, stockage, réseau), traitement des incidents et demandes de niveau 2/3, montées de version et opérations de mise à jour, ainsi que la construction et le déploiement de nouvelles plateformes. Le consultant contribue également à l'automatisation et à l'industrialisation des opérations, à la supervision du socle et à la documentation technique associée. Il travaille en collaboration directe avec les équipes systèmes, réseau et infrastructure du client. Livrables - Plateformes OpenStack maintenues en condition opérationnelle, dans le respect des engagements de service - Incidents et demandes traités et documentés dans l'outil de ticketing du client - Nouvelles plateformes construites, déployées et recettées - Montées de version et opérations de maintenance planifiées, exécutées et tracées - Scripts et playbooks d'automatisation (Ansible / Terraform) versionnés et documentés - Documentation technique et procédures d'exploitation à jour - Reporting régulier d'activité auprès du responsable d'équipe

Capability to build KPI that is aligned & reflective of user experience. Expert in KPI and User experience improvement. Expert knowledge of Ericsson and Nokia counters, KPIs. Expert level hands-on experience in 5G and 5G+ investigations, parameter optimisations and E2E Investigations. Expert understanding of E2E 4G,5G, VoNR, SA, NSA, Slicing architectures and design. Expert understanding of Nokia and Ericsson vendor In depth knowledge of Mobile networks particularly 4G/5G & Public Safety functionality over LTE/5G+ with particularly deep understanding of network design, performance, and optimisation. In depth knowledge of 5G,5G+, LTE & SIP signalling, PTT (push to talk), SRTP/DTLS troubleshooting & Optimisation. Good understanding of 3GPP & ETSI specifications. Good understanding of DTLS/SRTP protocol. MANDATORY: Extensive experience in mobile telecommunications industry in the role of a performance SME with business-critical, high-availability / high-throughput systems and networks. Able to provide technical solutions, processes definition for network performance & optimisation of 4G based RAN Macro network. Proven experience in defining and understanding KPI definitions, formula and measurements of radio networks. Able to analyse in depth, drive test logs, Wireshark traces and protocol analysers traces for 4G networks. Good Knowledge of LTE parameters & timers. Familiarity with test software & devices (Nemo/TEMs/Accuver) & post processing tools (Actix). Experience of working with 3rd parties' network/IT Suppliers.
