Poste : Administrateur Réseau/SD-WAN Client : Secteur De Luxe Lieu : Les Mureaux (78130) Durée : Longue (Pré-Embauche) Objectif de la mission : Au sein de la Direction Informatique, vos missions seront les suivantes : Internaliser la gestion du réseau WAN ; Assurer au quotidien la disponibilité, la performance, la qualité et la sécurité des services ; Mettre à jour les référentiels et les documentations techniques ; Assurer la gestion des incidents de niveau 1 et 2 ; Etre l'interlocuteur des Opérateurs Internet.

Le bénéficiaire souhaite une prestation d'accompagnement d'Ingénierie de Production Réseaux et Services dans le cadre du maintien en condition opérationnel des infrastructures réseau international MPLS backbone. Compléter l'équipe en place pour assurance des activités d'ingénierie et de déploiement au sein des infrastructures réseaux sous la responsabilité du domaine WAN and Core. Les missions sont: - Participation aux projets de de deploiement sur les infrastructures réseau WAN and Core et finalisant la partie ingénerie et en realisant les mises en oeuvre. - Respect des processus mise en place lors du delivery notamment au niveau de la phase Handover. - Appui des equipes Admin pour traiter des tickets qui sont référencés et escaladés par le niveau 1 et le niveau L2 Admin - Effectuation des actions de vérification effectuées lors des Morning Check - Participation aux shifts et Astreinte - Effectuation les taches relatives au maintien en condition opérationnelle des infrastructures ( upgrades / vérification des backup de configuration,etc..) - Apport d'expertise pour assurance du maintien en condition opérationnelle des infrastructures réseaux à l'international.
