1- Formation autour du cadre OBA (Open Banking Architecture). Cette formation se fait au travers des sessions de sensibilisation, par des interventions sur des cas pratiques, ou à travers du coaching des autres architectes. Les formations à faire sont soit distancielles (des sessions de 2h30), en présentiel (2 fois 2j) ou des parcours e-learning. Le public est très large, vu que la formation est inscrite au catalogue du client - intervention principale 2- Création d’une formation autour de la DDD stratégique : Il s’agit d’un nouveau cadre d’architecture qui devra à terme remplacer le cadre existant, un travail est déjà commencé pour créer ce cadre et une formation pour le diffuser aux sein des différentes équipes. Une fois ce support de formation créé et validé, il faudra inscrire cette nouvelle formation au catalogue et commencer à la réaliser comme pour le cadre OBA - intervention principale 2- Qualité API : S’assurer que les APIs développées respecte bien le cadre d’architecture mis en place - Peu d’intervention 3- Projets : Apporter de l’expertise aux architectes fonctionnels, mais l’objectif à terme sera qu’ils aient une autonomie - Peu d’intervention

Are you an experienced Help Desk Level 1 professional with knowledge on Olympic Banking System and in Private Bank? We are looking for you! Private Bank based Luxembourg 1 Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues related to the Olympic Banking System. 2 Providing technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues. 3 Documenting all customer interactions and technical support activities in a ticketing system. 4 Collaborating with other IT teams to escalate and resolve technical issues that require additional expertise. 5 Keeping up-to-date with the latest technological developments and best practices in order to continuously improve the support provided to customers. 1 Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in the IT industry. 2 Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for Olympic Banking System or a similar banking software. 3 Technical skills: Expert knowledge of Olympic Banking System, as well as proficiency in using Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software. 4 Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. 5 Customer service skills: A strong focus on customer service, with the ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers. 6 Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Olympic Banking System. 7 Attention to detail: Excellent attention to detail in order to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to Olympic Banking System.
