Technical IT Project Manager Our Client is looking to recruit a Technical IT Project Manager who will be responsible for a set of projects (investments including the systems and organization change management within the business community – internally and with external business partners). This role is for the management of projects with significant IT infrastructure and systems work content. Work with Systems Analysts and Business Process Champions to clarify project objectives and constraints. Estimate resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Work closely with project sponsor, Business Process Champions, and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and detailed schedule for proposed projects. Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Work with other managers to identify and manage risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the organization. Take responsibility for setting the agenda, driving issues forward and quickly identify the root cause of any problem. Perform team-based project planning, implementation, and reporting using informal/formal program/project and risk management tools and techniques to mitigate cost, schedule, and technical impacts to the organization. Lead the review/assessment of proposed projects and investments to establish executable and achievable plans within the proposed schedule, budget, and customer proposal requirements. Actively manage a critical path which allows for a line of sight into risk/issues before they have project/program impact During project execution, confirm internal team consensus that the organization is positioned for success; resolve conflicts among the team. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about project status, risks, mitigations, dependencies, adjustments, and progress. Manage work with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Skill and experience required for the role: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field At least 8 years of IT project management and related experience Excellent knowledge of information technology aspects, specifically with IT infrastructure environments and business systems implementations Strong track of managing IT projects in a global environment that involve mergers & acquisitions, ERP systems, networking, voice, compliance, IT security, software development, and working with vendors Proven ability to work with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors Proven ability to solve problems creatively Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Experience managing projects through standard project lifecycle methodologies (waterfall and hybrid) Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Excellent planning and organization ability Excellent time management skills Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Excellent management and leadership qualities Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred The salary for this position will be in the range $100K - $120K. Une migration de la plateforme de collecte et de préparation des données de SAS vers Dataïku est en cours de finalisation dans le cadre d'un projet Risk Data Services. La mise en service de la nouvelle plateforme est prévue début 2026. Sur cette nouvelle plateforme, l'UDS devra évoluer pour intégrer un nouveau besoin permettant à la banque de mieux monitorer ses risques face à des contreparties financées par des Private Equity ou des Private Credit. Cette mission consistera à implémenter une solution pour couvrir ce besoin au niveau de l'UDS, d'abord en mode tactique puis en mode cible. Pour accompagner le DSI dans cette transition, le client recherche un profil senior capable d’intervenir à la fois sur l’analyse de l’existant, la migration technique et la mise en œuvre des nouveaux processus sous Bonita. Dans le cadre de la mission votre rôle sera de : Analyser les flux, processus et interfaces existants sous TIBCO Proposer la stratégie de migration technique et applicative vers Bonita Concevoir et développer les nouveaux processus sur la plateforme Bonita Réaliser l’intégration des services (API, webservices, connecteurs…) Adapter ou développer les composants nécessaires (Java, connecteurs, formulaires, UI) Documenter les choix techniques et les nouveaux processus Accompagner le DSI dans les décisions techniques (rôle de bras droit) Participer à la gestion des risques et à la conduite du changement

Cyber Security Manager Our Client to be secured and protected from increased cyber threats and compliant to industry standards. This role covers information protection, including data loss protection and data classification, and threat protection, including security information and event management (SIEM), user and entity behaviour analytics (UEBA), point products like anti-virus (AV) and intrusion detection system/intrusion prevention system (IDS/IPS) and penetration testing. The Service Delivery team consists of approximately 20 staff who support and operate the Company’s services and there is an opportunity in that team for a Cyber Security Manager to oversee and govern all security services. Reporting Lines This role reports to Head of Service Delivery Main Accountabilities Technical leadership for all security solutions, including all the 3rd party managed services Maintain the overall security of Company’s network, systems, and data Monitor security access and manage IDS/IPS configurations Establishing and implementing security 'best-practice' standards as well as departmental policies and procedures Responsible for Security scanning and the efficient remediation of vulnerabilities Responsible for analysing all security incidents to determine root cause Determine, recommend, and implement upgrade security measures and controls Delivery security responses for customer and client compliance requirements Developing and managing security plans with vendors Audit activities of administrators and conduct Security awareness training Requirements Demonstrable skills and capability in Security leadership and 3rd party management experience CISSP certification preferred. Compliance knowledge required in ISO27001, PCI and GDPR. Possibly a certified ethical hacker Knowledge of Security technologies is essential, such as network appliances, firewall administration, AD, IAM, PAM, SIEM, UEBA, AV, IDS/IPS and MDM solutions Understanding of common frameworks, such as ITIL or LEAN is preferred Good exposure of user environment management, including desktops/laptops, profile management, access control methodologies Must be very proactive in understanding and staying up to date with current security technologies and industry technology trends The job/Client is located at our head office in Paddington, London with hybrid working The Client holds a Licence to Sponsor (grade A) and will always consider sponsoring employees if needed We welcome applications from Ukrainian Refugees The salary for this position is circa £70K - £80K plus Benefits.
