Contexte de la mission : Le département dédié au Digital Workplace de notre Client accompagne la transformation numérique en fournissant un environnement de travail moderne, performant et centré sur l'expérience utilisateur. Organisé en équipes agiles, le département regroupe plusieurs expertises dédiées aux services de Digital Workplace. Vous intégrerez l'équipe en charge du pilotage de l'infogérance du support utilisateurs, de la qualité de service et des démarches d'amélioration continue. La recherche est donc centrée sur un.e Quality Manager Support capable d'assurer le pilotage du dispositif qualité, d'améliorer en continu la performance des services et de contribuer aux évolutions du support et des outils associés. Description des missions attendues : Pilotage du dispositif qualité Vous assurez le pilotage opérationnel de la qualité de service sur le périmètre consacré à l'accompagnement. Vous aurez ainsi pour tâches de : Identifier, analyser et prioriser les irritants récurrents, réclamations utilisateurs et situations nécessitant une investigation qualité ; Exploiter les données issues d'EasyVista, Snowflake, des tableaux de bord et des remontées terrain afin d'objectiver les dysfonctionnements ; Qualifier les causes des incidents récurrents et orienter les sujets vers les équipes concernées (infogérant, départements concernés ou autres entités de notre Client) ; Piloter les plans d'actions associés et mesurer l'efficacité des actions correctives mises en oeuvre. Représentation de l'expérience utilisateur En tant que porteur.euse de la voix des utilisateurs dans l'ensemble des instances qualité et de gouvernance, vous aurez également pour mission de : Représenter l'impact utilisateur lors des arbitrages, escalades et instances décisionnelles ; Identifier les irritants révélant des dysfonctionnements de processus, d'outillage, d'organisation, de communication ou d'accompagnement ; Porter et coordonner les sujets transverses nécessitant une prise en charge par les différentes équipes contributrices. Suivi des décisions et gouvernance qualité En tant que garant.e de la bonne exécution des décisions prises dans le cadre de la gouvernance qualité, vous devrez également : Assurer la traçabilité et le suivi des décisions prises en comité ; Veiller à ce que chaque action dispose d'un responsable identifié, d'une échéance, d'un objectif mesurable et de critères de clôture définis ; Alerter les parties prenantes en cas de blocage, de dérive ou d'absence de résultats ; Préparer les arbitrages nécessaires et contribuer à leur formalisation. Pilotage et valorisation de la donnée qualité Egalement en tant que garant.e de la qualité et de l'exploitation des données utilisées pour le pilotage du support, vous devrez : Exploiter les données issues d'EasyVista, de la plateforme Snowflake et des outils décisionnels associés ; Contrôler la cohérence et la fiabilité des données utilisées dans les reportings ; Identifier les anomalies de qualification, de référentiel ou de workflow impactant les indicateurs ; Produire des analyses et synthèses permettant une prise de décision éclairée au sein des instances de gouvernance. Contribution à la transformation et à l'amélioration continue du support Vous participerez activement à l'évolution des services et outils de support, et plus précisément par les tâches suivantes : Remonter auprès des personnes intéressées les enseignements issus de l'exploitation quotidienne du service ; Définir les besoins de mesure, les critères de qualité et les points de vigilance fonctionnels ; Contribuer aux évolutions du portail de services, des formulaires, du chatbot, des XLA, du reporting et des données de pilotage ; Participer aux recettes fonctionnelles des évolutions impactant les services, les processus, les données ou l'expérience utilisateur ; Piloter des micro-projets d'amélioration continue ainsi que la définition et le suivi de macro-plannings. Appui au Scrum Master Support En tant que backup du Scrum Master, vous interviendrez aussi dans le pilotage des activités récurrentes du support. Pilotage de l'infogérance bureautique Analyse et suivi des performances de l'infogérant ; Challenge des activités réalisées et identification des axes d'amélioration ; Proposition et suivi des actions visant à améliorer la performance opérationnelle, les processus, la gouvernance ou la gestion de l'incidentologie ; Participation à la revue de la comitologie contractuelle ; Contribution à la maîtrise et à l'amélioration du processus d'escalade des incidents.

Technical Project Manager – Bank – City of London As the Technical Project Manager, you play an integral role in a high performing team to deliver technical projects on time, to budget and that achieve both the project objectives and increase internal customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role where you apply your technical expertise in either software development or IT infrastructure projects. At times, you might need to chip in on business requirement scoping and technical delivery to get the project across the line. You leverage your project management expertise and adept communication skills to lead the end-to-end project lifecycle and by doing so, you directly shape the success of IT projects, and therefore our business. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary Taking ownership of critical risks and issues, coordinating resolution with all appropriate constituents, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery Manage metrics reporting and analysis of business demand against capacity constraints Manage the development and delivery of IT products utilizing Scrum and Kanban methodologies Focus on the constant improvement of quality, speed and ensuring the team learns and gets better each sprint. Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and security teams to comply with established policies and procedures and verifies that deliverables meet requirements Provide communication and escalation to IT and business area management on critical issues Foster and maintain good working relationships with business area representatives to remain in sync on direction and future delivery requests Key Requirements: Comfortable capturing and challenging briefs to ensure we are delivering the most worthwhile solutions Experience of leading, energising and mentoring project members Experience in IT project delivery including managing all project phases from analysis, design, build, testing, implementation and hand over to BAU teams. Ability to work to tight deadlines and work calmly under pressure A high level of organisation and demonstrated skills to manage a team's capacity Comfortable multitasking and prioritising several tasks at once Hard-working with an outgoing and positive nature Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Technical skillsets within IT Infrastructure and Development will be mandatory Technologies: Microsoft based environment including – MS SQL, Exchange, Active Directory, IIS, Symantec, Citrix Network – Cisco, Palo Alto, ForcePoint, Symantec Email Security Programming Language – T-SQL, VB.net, C#, PowerShell, ASP The Client is a bank based in the City of London.
