La durée prévisionnelle du programme est d'environ deux ans, avec une montée en charge progressive à partir de septembre/octobre 2026. Modules principaux Vision transverse SAP S/4HANA ; architecture fonctionnelle et processus end-to-end ; intégration entre SD, MM, PP, EWM, QM, FI/CO et PLM/Product Data ; conception des interfaces avec les systèmes non-SAP ; flux de données et dépendances intermodules. Mission Dans le cadre du programme de transformation ERP, vous intervenez comme architecte fonctionnel transverse du programme. le consultant garantit la cohérence de la solution cible SAP S/4HANA, accompagne la définition des processus métiers et coordonne les choix d'intégration entre les différents domaines fonctionnels. Vous travaillez en lien étroit avec les responsables métiers, les consultants fonctionnels, les équipes d'intégration, les équipes data et le management du programme. Responsabilités - définir et maintenir l'architecture fonctionnelle cible ; - analyser les processus existants et identifier les opportunités de simplification ou de redesign ; - garantir la cohérence des processus entre les différents domaines SAP ; - challenger les besoins exprimés par les métiers ; - évaluer l'adéquation des exigences avec les capacités standard de SAP S/4HANA ; - arbitrer ou préparer les arbitrages concernant les écarts fonctionnels ; - définir les principes d'intégration entre SAP et les systèmes connexes ; - concevoir les processus d'interface, les flux de données et les responsabilités associées ; - coordonner les travaux des consultants fonctionnels et des équipes d'intégration ; - contribuer à la définition des scénarios de migration ; - documenter les décisions d'architecture et les choix structurants ; - accompagner les ateliers de conception et de validation de la solution cible.

PMO - Exit Support Specialist Must have an Active DV Clearance You will work closely with Programme Managers, PMO teams, commercial teams, and operational stakeholders to deliver effective transition, knowledge transfer, and contract closure activities. The position is ideal for an experienced PMO professional with strong coordination, governance, and stakeholder management skills who thrives in fast-paced programme environments. PMO - Exit Support Specialist Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of programme and contract exit activities. Maintain and track exit plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and decisions. Coordinate knowledge transfer, documentation handover, asset tracking, and service transition activities. Monitor progress against exit schedules and provide reporting to programme leadership. Support governance forums and ensure compliance with contractual and organisational requirements. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities associated with programme transition. Track financial, commercial, and contractual obligations throughout programme exit. Support audit, assurance, and evidence gathering activities. Contribute to continual improvement of PMO governance and transition processes. PMO - Exit Support Specialist Skills and Experience Proven experience within a PMO, Programme Support, or Project Coordination role. Strong planning, scheduling, and progress tracking capability. Experience with PMO governance, reporting, and programme controls. Strong RAID, dependency, and action management experience. Experience coordinating knowledge transfer and documentation activities. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced delivery environments. Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and PMO toolset experience.
