Support & Optimise: Monitor CI/CD pipeline health, deployment readiness and operational dashboards, escalating risks and issues where appropriate.

Document & Govern: Maintain accurate runbooks, service documentation, governance records, release logs and audit evidence.

Investigate & Resolve: Facilitate post-incident reviews, coordinate follow-up actions and support the resolution of operational challenges.

Innovate & Automate: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency and strengthen DevOps maturity.

Engage & Influence: Build strong relationships across technical teams, delivery leads and stakeholders to support effective decision-making.

Enable & Support: Coordinate onboarding activities, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams.
