Exploitation Systèmes & Réseaux - Niveau 1 Vérification des services essentiels : DHCP, DNS, imprimantes, ressources partagées. Tests de connectivité réseau (IP, Wi-Fi, VPN). Application des bonnes pratiques cybersécurité (MFA, gestion identités…). Gestion du parc & des actifs IT Préparation, installation, suivi du matériel (PC, écrans, smartphones, tablettes). Gestion du cycle de vie des équipements (stock, SAV, recyclage). Mise à jour de l'inventaire matériel et logiciel. Collaboration & Amélioration continue Travail en étroite collaboration avec les équipes N2/N3. Participation aux projets IT et aux évolutions d'infrastructure. IT Support Analyst/Engineer with Level 1 and Level 2 Role Description This full-time IT Support Analyst/Engineer role covers both Level 1 and Level 2 support and is offered on a hybrid basis, with work primarily in London and some work from home flexibility.
